R M Harris Electrical Contractors

The weekend before Christmas I was staying with my parents and suddenly the power kicked out on half of their circuits (with the «off» circuits’ lights still glowing softly). A call to R M Harris got us in touch with John who was at our place within an hour. He identified the problem promptly — something outside of their house, thankfully — and was nice as could be. My parents have lived in the area for 40 years and now finally have someone they’ll be calling on again.

We have used R M Harris several times, and have been happy with their response time and work.
This time they really went all out for us. My husband got a generator on Saturday Oct 2^th. He was at Home Depot at 6:30 in the morning and managed to get one of the generators that came in on the truck that morning. He called R M Harris and left a message for installation. On Monday, October 29^th, 2012 — the day of Sandy — they called back and came and installed that generator for us. We were so surprised — since the state of Connecticut was closing the highways and all. Unbelievable service from them. We did lose power Monday night, and have no idea when we will get it back. This electrical company made a difference in our lives. We are so thrilled!
