Bruxie

Not sweet waffles, more like sandwiches with soft fried buns.
Prosciutto and Gruyère — getting it Founder style: adding a runny egg makes a very tasty breakfast sandwich.
BBQ Angus Burger is a good decent burger. The Carolina BBQ sauce in it taste kind of like Big Mac sauce.
Their strawberry lemonade is made with real strawberries, but I’m not a fan because it’s still too lemony.
All the staff were helpful and genuinely friendly.
Free wifi, just ask a worker because sometimes they change the code.
Much better than the small crowed Orange location and there are plenty of parking spaces here. Customer consists of a calmer mix crowd vs the rowdy Chapman University kids in Orange. This place changed my mind about Bruxie, adding one more star to my review.

I don’t give a ton of 5 star reviews. I only give a stellar review if I find an establishment to exceed my expectations, and really make an impression.
This was our first time at Bruxie. We’d been curious about the chicken and waffle concept, and we were in town for an event.
The place really impressed me. There were dishes of water outside for guests’ pets. Treats for the pups inside the place. The bathrooms were all on motion sensor lights. Automatic towel dispensers, the whole nine yards. Every single table was clean. The floors were immaculate. This place is really progressive.
The two ladies at the counter were very helpful and patient when we took a while to decide. My hubby got the buttermilk chicken and waffles, and I got the albacore tuna wrap.
I have NEVER had a better lettuce wrap. The tuna was the best I’ve ever eaten, and my husband really ate the heck out of his chicken and waffles. The syrup was on the side, and surprisingly not too sweet, played so nicely with the chicken. This meal had no leftovers.
I wish they had a location in the San Fernando Valley where we live! Yum.

Personally I do love the waffles! Bruxie gives you variety and taste! I recommend the honey of different flavors! You can not eat just one! Wonderful place !!!

Good stuff… Never had a bad experience with Bruxie. Been here probably 10 times and all good. Place is always clean and never too crowded. They have a decent amount of inside and patio seating and you can bring Fido to outside seating.
I like their bacon, egg and cheese waffle for breakfast. For lunch either the chicken and waffle sandwich or the burger. Great waffle fries.
Staff are friendly and welcoming too.
