Domino’s Pizza

Fortunately (!) they called right after I placed the order to lemme know they’re out of Alfredo sauce for my Alfredo pasta. The person who called didn’t apologize or even sounded like she’s sorry or something. She was in a rush & didn’t give any option. She said, she only had marinara sauce & she can make Alfredo pasta with marinara sauce. I was following the tracker & when it said it was done, I went there to find out my order is not ready yet & I have to wait for 10−12mins more! Again, no sorry or anything.
Alfredo pasta (without Alfredo sauce) — One of the worst thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. Dominos will have to pay me next time to eat that cr@p ever again. Lacked sauce (thank All mighty!). Shredded smelly cheese on top, awful tasted mushrooms & tasteless spinach with marinara sauce & penne pasta. If I cud turn back time, I’d just cancel the whole order when they said they’re out of Alfredo sauce. If she wouldn’t rush, I’d probably order something else or just cancel it. Felt like I was swallowing a roadkill rat’s guts! Disgusting!
Chicken parm sandwich — Greasy & bland. Chicken had zero taste. And all the ingredients felt like missing cuz all I cud taste was that freakin roadkill rat’s gut Marinara sauce! Greasy bread & marinara sauce with some chewy tasteless rubber (chicken) in it.
I’m a big time Dominos & their pasta+sandwich fan. But this location has the worst food & one of the worst customer service ever. They should train their people to be nice to the customers & at least try to sound apologetic if they’re late or ran out of something. Completely unacceptable food quality, awfully bland & cr@ppy ingredients and bad customer service! Never again from this location! (Good luck selling sh! t food to the unfortunate tourists)

Dominos used to have free delivery via Shoprunner but they got rid of that awhile back and it (especially this location) has been on a precipitous decline since.
Service here is mediocre at best. Most of the time they want me to go to the front entrance of my complex because why should the delivery guy do his job when you can do it for him…
Also, usually they get my order right but the last time I got Buffalo Chicken Tenders when I ordered the Spicy Pineapple Jalepeno (box even says 12 pc Spicy PJ on it…) I ordered it near closing so decided to wait till the next day to complain and I just happen to get shit from the manager on duty the next day like «you should have called last night, how do I even know you’re telling the truth» and then I let him know I still have the crap untouched if he wants to verify their F-​up. Long story short he reluctantly said he was giving me a credit for free Spicy PJ Chicken but I’ll see if that’s true the next time I order.
Oh and fyi Domino’s your Pizza is inedible when sober…

This place is awesome! Ordering through the app is ultra simple. Delivery is always fast, the driver is always cool, and the food is always good.

The pan pizza is as good as it gets. It’s becoming a lot like Pizza Hut, extinct! These places can’t compete with mom & pop shops like Hotties, Rance’s, & Nick’s because those places choose quality & consistency. Do yourself a favor & visit true pizza places in Costa Mesa.

I just called to order a pizza and the young lady on the phone was so rude she didn’t give me any detail about my pizza I really think you guys should work on customer service.

Don’t even want to give them 1 star. Just called to ask if our address was a place where they could deliver and heard their manager in the back saying «I don’t give a fuck what they say we don’t deliver there» WOW.

I called to make an order and had THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. The woman I was speaking with was so blatantly rude and disrespectful I couldn’t believe the way I was being spoke to. I was in the middle of giving her my address and she interrupted me as i was speaking to tell me I they don’t deliver there, that the other location delivered to my house. I asked to make sure they were still open and she replied «I don’t know, I don’t work there» in the most condescending voice I have ever been spoken to by someone that works in customer service. I immediately asked to speak to the manager because this was absolutely unexceptionable. She then told me THAT SHE WAS THE MANAGER!!! Save yourself from an experience that is sure to ruin your week and go to literally any other pizza place. I should have got her name but I was so offended I could hardly think. I am sure there was only one female manager working at 12am on 3÷14÷16 so I really hope something is done about this so another customer else doesn’t have to go through this. No matter the circumstances this was not acceptable.

Obviously great pizza, but this particular location has excellent customer service. Extremely friendly, patient, and professional… even when ordering «late night» pizza and all the confusion that comes with that.

Steve delivered our pizzas and he was so nice! Very professional young man. He accidentally dropped a ranch, outside, and made sure to clean it up even though we insisted he didn’t have to. Of course he didn’t charge for the ranch too. He was very apologetic and I appreciated that! I hope he is recognized for caring about his job and being a representative of this company. Thank you.

Not a great pizza and not the best service but a two star review is just not fair because its Domino’s. I mean let’s face it we don’t order pizza from here because it’s great pizza or because the service is outstanding, no. We order from here because it’s cheap and they deliver.

They have the best thin crust pizza ever. I highly recommend it. I have got every single friend of mine hooked on it!!! The four cheese thin crust, 2 for $ 5.99 each cannot beat that.

My pizza came hot and exactly how I ordered it. I have boughten pizza from here a bunch of times. Always a good choice for me although my wife isn’t a big fan of dominos. Go with the thin crust!

This was the worst pizza if I can even call it pizza. First of all it wasn’t even hot barely warm the delivery boy didn’t even have it in a warming bag. When I opened the box I wasn’t very appealing looking like old pizza that has been reheated and smushed. Buts not what mad me frustrated enough to write a review. I darlingly went in to grab a slice and it fell apart. The idiot who made this turd pie burn the bottom of the pizza and seemed half of the crust was stuck to the pan and a thin layer which crumbled when lifted out of the box.
So I’m writing this review to save any one from wasting there money and experiencing poorly made slosh pie

It’s about time they made one closer to where I live! So I made the mistake of ordering from what I thought was the Domino’s on Harbor (stupid Baker location) :/​I had no idea they had opened a new location literally 3 mins away from me while my clueless hungry and delirious ass drove all the way to the bum F Egypt location over by the FWY!
Arriving 30 mins late, Daniel had my pizza all ready to go and was surprisingly still adequately warm. I’ve been a return and frequent customer since. Last night was no exception. Whilst out shopping by Mitsuya, cheap pizza channeled my interest somehow as I found myself completing a Dominos order at what I thought would be the Baker location, you know, since it was nearby. After realizing my deliriously hungry and loud stomach made me think twice about the location after sitting in the lot for a good 15 mins. You get the picture, I’ll make it short: Made my way to my favorite Harbor location where Daniel was making my pizza for the 3^rd time in a row. Don’t mind my shameless name droppin SHOUTOUT to the Harbor location MVP DANIELLLL
BTW thank you for the great customer service and hookups on pizza. And by hookups I mean my poor mans version of the Memphis BBQ. You see, instead of ordering 2 mediums for around a whopping $ 30 or more, I take advantage of their new special where you order 2x $ 5.99 menu items. So I order 2x hand tossed medium pizzas w/​2 toppings, turn sauce into double or triple BBQ sauce instead of tomato/​marinara, add chicken and onions and VOILA.

I’ve eaten many times from various Dominos locations and this location is easily one of the best.
The restaurant itself is new with a surprisingly cool layout and plenty of tables and seats inside and out to dine in.
The customer service was fantastic. The cashier was polite and attentive.
And lastly, the pizza was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of toppings. The crust was excellent and sauce was flavorful.
I will definitely return to this location!

Ordered two large, crispy, thin crust pizza’s. Best thin crust I have ever had! Robust sauce was perfect! The store is clean and they actually have a nice dining area. Staff is friendly and made sure I was comfortable and happy. Will be getting my pizza’s here exclusively!

LOVE the Dine-​In area. Very clean atmosphere and spacious. (Even has steps for kids to watch the employees make your pizza!)
