So many options! My wedding was beautiful thanks to them! The only downside is the return time. But otherwise everything was beautiful, high quality and nice staff with plenty of design ideas to make your visiton come true.

to be honest, i felt a little naked and vulnerable after dealing with these folks. i initially went in thinking that prices were fairly reasonable, and after consulting with jennifer, i felt very rushed into signing a contract right then and there. she definitely pulled the whole, «those are popular colors and they’re going extremely fast» thing. not to mention, the contract is about 50 pages thick and you feel like you’re signing your life away, which you totally are. i totally found out what was in that fine print in the months to come. i got promotional rates on certain items, and thought i was getting a good deal. when jennifer drafted the total invoice, i was shocked and confused at how the total got so high… when i dug a little deeper, i realized that she had included a 10% insurance on the total invoice, which they won’t tell you about until you’re sitting in the chair with a pen in your hand ready to sign. she informed me that i had the option to forgo it, but they could essentially charge me for any and everything they wanted to at their discretion. that didn’t sound like a safe alternative. i asked her if i could simply include insurance on linens only. she said it had to be all or nothing, which i think is ridiculous. everything also had to be paid up front. no deposits, no balances upon delivery, no refunds on anything if you over-reserve quantities. and BEWARE of any changes made to the contract, especially ones that are closer to the date of the event. any additions are charged regular price, so we ended up paying DOUBLE for the last min additions to the chiavari chairs and linens. extra charge. our ceremony site only allowed for a 2 hr setup window instead of a 4 hr. extra charge. because of the setup window change, we also lost our promotional rate on the per chair setup. does the venue have stairs? because that’s an extra charge. extra charge. extra charge. ultimately, i felt like i had been taken for a very expensive ride. they do everything by their long rule book. nobody has time to sit there and read a 50 page long legal document before signing for party rentals. i just found the whole experience to be extremely misleading and the process simply lacked integrity. as an individual who does not have a lawyer present when renting chiavari chairs, i definitely felt like the joke was on me. ultimately, the quality of their rentals was sound. the platinum brocade linens were stunning. the setup and breakdown team was timely and efficient. but the whole experience still left a bad taste in my mouth.
