Lee Roofing of Costa Mesa

I have been using Lee Roofing for several years. I have a large house with terra cotta clay tile roof, and it gets lots of sun and wind, so repairs are needed now and then on one part or another. We just did a replacement of deteriorated underlayment. Lee Roofing is very thorough; not only new flashings and silicone caulking, they also put cement under each tile to prevent lift-​up, because they know what strong winds my area gets. They even check out my raingutters while up on my roof, and let me know of any other problems they find. Their roofers don’t just DO, they THINK.
Lee impressed me by coming out once when it was nearly Christmas eve to address a sudden leak! Their prices are fair and reasonable. They are great guys, easy to work with, and totally reliable. My go-​to roofing company.

After the rains my roof was leaking so bad, my wife wouldn’t stop nagging to get it fixed, so i did. These guys fixed it great, no more leaks. They would get 5 stars, but scheduling is difficult and they don’t quite come out on time. But the job is done and we don’t have any more puddles when it rains, so overall im happy.

This review is a follow up to my review of June 9, 2014: Five days after the no-​show appointment with Lee Roofing, the owner called me to explain why his company did not show for the appointment or call me in advance. Apparently, the receptionist (mentioned in my previous review) had been asked to call me to reschedule the appointment due to overbooking. She did not follow up, and perhaps that is why she was non-​responsive when I called to inquire about the no-​show. The owner offered me a complimentary roof inspection/​maintenance for the future (I had already committed to South County Roofing, and had scheduled an appointment with them). I do appreciate the fact that the owner took the time to call me and apologize.

Needed to have my roof ‘re-​capped’ due to the breakdown of the original product applied by the builder which didn’t live up to expectations. Don’t be surprised after you’ve conferred and signed with Lee Roofing if they surprise you with PROMPT SERVICE. They arrived with me in my housecoat and had the job done in good time. Provided me with invaluable record of the condition of my roof and put it back in great shape.
Would recommend Lee Roofing to my neighbors. So after our wind storms this winter-​spring if you are seeing bits of shingle on your lawn call LEE ROOFING. You’ve got a problem and they are a timely solution.
