I would think that McDonald’s would train their employees if the have a cough, they should cover their mouth. No at this one. Laura who works the register at this one, was coughing on the counter, on her register screen. She also was coughing on the money in her register draw!

I downloaded the McDonald’s app and I went to the store to use it. Manager informed me that the McDonald app was not working online and refused me service through their app & coupon. I wasn’t going to waste my time yelling in front of other customers. What a joke!!! I was just getting around to giving McDonald’s a shot at earning my business as a regular customer. Adiós McD.

Went to this McDonald’s this morning for a deluxe breakfast, I have read that McDonald’s is introducing order substitutions so I requested extra hash browns instead of their inedible eggs. I went over it twice with the order woman. When I got home I found neither eggs nor hash browns. And these people think they deserve $ 15/hour.

In March 2015 I got a Frappé here that made me deathly ill. 4 hours after drinking it I was taken by ambulance to the hospital. I was in ER for 6 horrible hours. My private medical insurance paid most of the bills. I kindly asked the McDonalds Corporation to pick up the balance because I felt that it was no fault of my own I was treated. They refused to pay a cent based on the fact that a «bacterial» test was not requested at the time. This is the most barbaric, unethical, cruel treatment of a consumer I have ever seen. I am a SINGLE mother of a college student but according to McDonalds Corporation risk assessment I am nothing. This is horrible and I am NOT«Loving It!» SHAMEONYOU!!!

I ordered a #4 from the breakfast menu and it only took seconds for it to be made, or was it already made? Who knows. This McDonald’s in particular does look very nice with the modern seats and tables, but sanitation is lacking quite a bit. The ketchup dispenser is disgusting after realizing there had been dozens of fruit flies camping out at the end of the nozzle and from the spillage. I went on without ketchup and was disappointed that I couldn’t have it with my meal. After seeing a swarm of fruit flies feasting on the ketchup, I also wondered what other sweets they got to around the condiments area(sodas). So a warning to all the locals in Costa Mesa, please inspect for fruit flies.

I ordered the Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich for $ 4.69 The Chicken was very good, the vinaigrette dressing was excellent and the artisan roll was delicious. A tasty Meal from this Drive Thru.

WORST McDonald’s ever. I’ve been many times because I live next to it. I’ve received the wrong change 2 times. Ordered a Big Mac got 1 meat patty with double the amount of 1000 on it a complete mess but forgetting a meat patty? Really? I ordered a cheeseburger when I open it up there’s ketchup all over the bun again a complete mess. I ask for ketchup and he gave me 1 packet for the 2 cheeseburger fry meal. I ask for dipping sauce for nuggets and ¾ times they forget to put the sauce in the bag. The employees are incredibly rude and clearly don’t want to be there and I don’t blame them they are at McDonald’s but pretend. That’s part of the job pretending. I agree the inside is clean but who cares it’s McDonald’s I’m not looking for fine dining I just want their shitty food cooked correctly.

Since McDonald’s is down the street it always works for my coworkers. But dear god this is an awful location, so rude. Intentionally rude, not just I may have misunderstood rude, like I’m going to go out of my way to be rude. Every time I’m craving McDonald’s hot fries, I’ve come to this location and no matter the time of day I’ve been disappointed with lukewarm fries. I figured it could just be whoever made them, but now it’s been about 4 times and every single time it’s the same. To add to that, this time we also ordered iced tea and sweet tea and both of them tasted funny.

Super clean location with fancier feel than most McDonald’s. Iced tea is self serve here, cool lid dispenser so it’s not a sticky pile of accidentally-dropped ones like at most fast food places. Ordered fresh fries, and they forgot to salt them :(good thing I got two dippy cups of ketchup :) Friend reports: «No mirror in the men’s bathroom, but there IS soap»

We go to this location often but now i will NOT ever go to this location again. Ended up giving me the wrong order, and i checked it when i got home, so i had to drive all the way back and when i got there i told them they gave me the wrong thing. I handed the lady my burger back and she handed me another which was the wrong thing AGAIN. Then gave it back and asked for a refill on my drink because i was upset and had been waiting awhile. As she filled up my drink one of the co-workers came from the back and handed her a kids cup of(what i hope was soda) and poured it into my drink as my refill. All I wanted was an Apple dipper. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Filet O fish meal with a Sprite and an apple dipper. I was really looking forward to eating this meal at home while watching Breaking bad after my class. I got home and only to find out that they didn’t give me the caramel dipping for my apples. So I hurried to get on my computer to write this review. How disappointing.

One of the nicest Micky D’s we have been to. Just stopped in passing and were we pleasantly surprised. Plush seats, computerized menus, friendly service. I am extremely happy that McD has finally put on their menu an egg mcmuffin with egg whites. I will be trying it quite often.

As with many of my 1 star reviews, I have long explanation to back up my rating. OMG! My friends and I stopped here on Sunday 3⁄14 at about 6:45AM. We were going to Whale Watching in Dana Point at 7:30AM and we wanted some coffees and quick breakfast. What Went Wrong: –The cashier worker at the end of the ordering menu wasn’t responding to us! We kept saying«hello?» and«we are ready.» After a few minutes of waiting, we decided to roll up to the window to order. — The cashier worker(who didn’t speak English well) gave us a hard time about not ordering at the telecom.(What’s the big deal? Is it our faults that we couldn’t order? Do you want me to back up to the ordering telecom!?!) He kept saying everybody order through the telecom at the menu. He looked at us as if we were dumb and didn’t know any better. My boyfriend tried to explain that there wasn’t anybody responding that’s why we rolled up here to order. After a few more minutes of explaining ourselves, he finally asked us what we wanted. — The ordering process took some times because the cashier can’t quite understand our English… He got confuse about what we wanted and was very rude. He looked like he’s annoyed and appeared to think we are stupid.(We are not. 2⁄4 of us had a bachelor degrees. UCI + UCR Alumni, Two are going to school full time — one that will be graduating this summer from CALPOLY Pomona in Mechanical Engineering!) — We ordered 1 coffee, 1OJ, and 1 Hot Tea. The worker handed us our drinks and asked us if we wanted creams and sugar. We said yes, but he only gave us 1 packet, so we asked for more. He didn’t look happy and asked how many more we wanted. — We finally left the drive-thru window around 7AM, but as I was looking inside the bag, I realized that we were missing the sandwich. We tried to look at the receipt to see if we were charged for it, but there wasn’t any receipt! — At this point we were all so angry that we turned around and went back. We parked and as we were walking inside the dining room, the same cashier worker yelled out asking what we needed(as he was helping other customers!!!) My boyfriend yelled back that we were missing a sandwich and a receipt. We proceeded inside the dining room. He didn’t apologize, but gave us a receipt. We showed him the fourth sandwich that he charged us. He finally brought out the fourth sandwich. At the end, as we walked out, he muttered«Sorry ’bout that.» Conclusion: Our«quick» bites at McDonald’s turned into about ½ hour ordeal. The four of us were extremely upset at our treatment by this cashier. I will be writing McDonald’s for this and will write an update as soon as I hear from them!
