****Your response is the exact reason why your company is unprofessional and irritating. If carpet cleaning was not part of the deal, you need to talk to your employees who offer these specials, not blame your customers for them being offered something. I had texted and called several times to let you know i was unhappy with the way i was being ignored so please don’t act surprised. I am most unhappy with your lack of communication and tardiness. The cleaning was well $ 99 worth, you get what you pay for, i get that .so didn’t complain about that too much… But just be honest please because when you asked me about what i thought, you were only speaking about my walls and both my kids and i said you did an awesome job on my walls. So thanks for doing an awesome job on my walls.
