Nanu Threading- Costa Mesa

She did my brows in about 5 minutes. Get home to take a closer look… I have a bald spot on my left brow right at the start of my brow. FML.

Please do yourself and more importantly your eyebrows a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THESE WOMEN! First off they did not listen to my careful instructions. I told her I want my brows to be as symmetrical as possible, and to only clean them if she cannot accomplish such a task. Her words exactly «I’ll try». Well the dumb b**** thought she knew what she was doing and threaded one eyebrow, handed me a mirror, I said, ok just make the other one match. She continued & when I was done I had two eyebrows going in two different directions one up NORTH & the other down SOUTH. At first I thought I was tripping, so I paid and then a second glance in the mirror and I thought, OH HELL NO. I walked inside and said «Um excuse me, I am not happy with my brows, she totally messed them up, and I want a refund. The younger employee said we do not give refunds and after I argued a bit more, she was afraid of what the other customers reactions might be, so she ROLLED her ugly eyes and stormed to the register, pulled out the money and slammed it on the counter. All I could think is wow.
First mistake, they were not nearly sympathetic.
Second, she did not even apologize for the bitches mistake!
Third, she was pissed off and so rude when returning my money.
OH yeah, before I left I warned the lady who was sitting in my chair, I said, I would leave before its too late if I were you lol
Nanu, you suck, may your shitty business fall to pieces before you ruin everyones brows!

Visited for the first time with the Unilocal coupon. Service was quick, friendly, and she did a great job on my brows. I will be back!

Finally! Great threading! I’ve been going to different salons for years. Some do it well, some not so well. This place delivers! I have had my eyebrows and upper lip done by Puspa twice since I discovered this spot. She does a perfect job, leaving my brows arched and full and as nice as they can possibly look! Go to Puspa! She is amazing.

New location! I’ve been going to the Bristol location for years and recently saw that this one had opened up down the street from my place.
I went in and everything is super clean and the employees are friendly as usual. I’ve never had a problem. There wasn’t a wait which was nice and parking was a breeeeeze compared to the one I frequent.
Will be back.

Amazing place. I was really worried trying it as it seems their prices are a lot lower than the local competition but the service was amazing, my eyebrows came out great, it was cheap and fast, and the place itself is gorgeous. I walked right in without an appointment and was done no more than 8 minutes later. Also, the Unilocal coupon ($ 7 for $ 10 value) brought my total cost to $ 10 after tip. ‘Twas great.
Ps. Puspa is the bomb. Highly recommend.

First time! I was long due for grooming haha but didn’t want to go to Nanu in Bristol cuzz you know 10min drive. too far lol but I found this second Nanu opened just recently! N like 2min drive from my house! Went there logged in and chose service. Upper lip $ 6 and brow $ 10. Great deal and service was quick and nice! She shaped my brow just the way I requested :) this will b my go to threading place from here on!

They did a great job on my brows and the place is really clean in a convenient location :) Would definitely come back again.

Tried this place today — which I cannot believe as I am a loyal client of my gal at Ziba for over 8 years — but needed a quick fix! There was nobody in the place so got in right away. Wish they had music on — it was very quiet but it was clean. Puspa was the woman who did my brows and she listened to what I wanted (I’ve had my brows really messed up before so I was nervous going to someone new). She did a great job! Fast and painless. $ 10 brow is awesome!

I am extremely shocked by the reviews. I’m new to threading, but I’m assuming I shouldn’t be bleeding after these services.
I was extremely clear as to what I wanted. I specifically said to keep the shape please, just clean them up.
She showed me my brows in the mirror and she literally took half of my eyebrow off. And said she would leave the other one alone. She wanted me to walk out of the salon with one eyebrow done.
I explained to her I needed my eyebrows to match. By the time she was done with the second one, both were bleeding. After expressing how upset I was, she asked how much tip I’d like to leave.
I am truly hoping not all treading experiences are like this!

So thankful that Nanu opened a new location on 17^th street! I have been driving out of my way to visit their other locations for years because this is the only threading salon I will go to anymore. My eyebrows are perfect every time and I constantly get compliments on them. If you want amazing service and great threading every time– go here!

Finally a new threading place near the Newport and Costa Mesa border. Right next to Vons. They are amazing! Bring your girlfriends!!! Only $ 10 for an eyebrow fix.

Brand new! Clean! Nice people. Get you in and out very quickly with beautifully groomed brows. What’s not to love?
