35 minutes and counting and still no food. Just watched one customer blow up and demand his money back. Their is almost no one here. should have been my first clue.. These people are just fukking up left and right. Now I’m scared to eat it… but I’ve got to get it first.

I was thirsty but cannot drink caffeine drinks. I asked the girl behind the counter if Mr. Pipp was Root-​beer because I did not know it was Dr. Pepper. She answered my question with Yes, its Root-​beer. While I didn’t drink very much, it did affect my irregular heart beat and I spent a very uncomfortable evening thanks to her.

I really had a good experience at this location, but I can’t say that about all pick up stix. This is the third time visiting one and out of the three visits this was the best. I attribute this amazing meal to the fact that I came right when they opened their doors. I literally was the second customer of the day. I ordered the firecracker chicken with fried rice. The egg in the rice was so tender not dried out and the chicken was so crispy. I loved it :). I would definitely suggest going right as they open :).

Whoa there! I’m at an eatery not a rock concert. Turn your music down. I love coming here but the music is always too loud so I take my food to go: /​Minus two stars for that.

Third time coming here. It’s right down the street from us so we walk. There’s some outdoor seating which we like. We also like the fact that they always have coupons out. The food is very fresh tasting and the portions are huge. I usually have enough for lunch the next day. This time I ordered orange chicken and my husband had Kung pao shrimp. Both dishes were excellent. Love the spring rolls too. This restaurant has excellent service and the wait staff is always so friendly and nice. Definitely recommend!

The good: great customer service, great tasting food and very clean facilities. Very fresh ingredients everything cooked to order with no heat lamps.
The bad: extremely small portions and high prices. If I’m paying $ 12 for chicken and rice I expect to get quite a bit. Just a suggestion.

I used to order delivery from here rather consistently, but havent for the last year due to work and location reasons. Tonight I was home from work earlier than usual, so I thought id order for delivery and get some house chicken and cream cheese wontons. NOPE. «Im sorry sir, but we don’t deliver on wednesdays, only Thursday through Sunday.» Said the gentleman over the phone.
Management, either offer delivery 7 days a week or dont offer it at all. I understand that certain days are busier than others, but part time detlivery is kind of riduculous. I can make sure your deliveries are easier as I will will not be ordering for take out, dine in, ir especially delivery from you guys anytime in the near future.

I’m a regular here not having time to make dinner, husband and I work full-​time and with two kids, we’re pretty much beat by 6pm. Our family enjoy the healthy food here. I have many rude phone services, being on long holds, and ordering ahead and still having to wait once I get there?!! I guess ordering ahead they thanked so much is not so special. I know the meaning of customer service-​I practice that value everyday! Putting this out into the Universe. I would hate to find another location-​what will be will be, I guess.

We are regulars at this location and tonight we had our first miscommunicated order. My 10 year old sons food didn’t come out the way he wanted it. The gent who delivered the food noticed the mistake and quickly got a remake working. My son and I ate my food and he ate his rice while we waited for the remade order. The manager brought the food out and apologized for the mistake, he also offered an appetizer or anything else we might enjoy, his apologies were enough:-). Then he crushed it by giving my son a small stuffed dragon, over the top… Good Job! The Gm at this location always makes us feel welcome, we have never left hungry or disappointed.
Keep it up and we may just keep talking about it.

My favorite place to come to when I’m on my lunch break ever since the new management. Really convenient location, always extremely satisfied with quality of food, customer service, and the cleanliness. I’ve tried about 5 items on the menu so far and each time it’s hard for me to decide! Today I got the sweet chili Thai noodles and YUM!

Holy sh*t, make it 3RD TIME IN A ROW!!! I know I should have my head checked and I should have heeded my own advice from my first review of this place (see below), but I let my wife talk me into giving this place one more try… And not surprisingly, they screwed up our order AGAIN. And yes, I should have double checked everything. Last time they just completely forgot to put part of our order in the bag, so this time I checked the bag and saw what I thought was everything. What I didn’t do was open every single box, which I should have, because this time they gave us the wrong thing! So my advice is simply this — eat somewhere else.
(My review from two months ago): 2ND TIME IN A ROW!!! For the second time in a row I have gotten all the way home only to find that they have not given us the entire order that we paid for! If you must go there for takeout, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER!

Great location, Great staff and of course great food. When it comes to «fast food» I think this place is the best. There are two locations in my area that we order from and this is the better of the two. There is a girl that works during the day that is outstanding, I wish I could remember her name because she deserves that credit for our repeat business.

Service is amazing here! They even offered to fill up my drink when I was dinning in. Staff is helpful and polite and of course the food is great. It’s nice to stop for lunch and have an excellent memorable experience.

The VERY RUDE manager had booths filled up with boxes and there was no booth to sit. The tall chairs were all filthy. You can tell this place has not been cleaned all day. This manager needs to go. I cannot believe the owner does not know about this management. My kids are here so we are staying and eating. FOR THE LAST TIME.

I regret spending my 16 dollars when I could’ve gotten way better quality at the Panda Express around the corner for less.
Orange chicken felt stale.
On the Wonton cream cheese rolls, the cheese looked and tasted expired.

Have always been a fan but clearly the restaurant is going through changes. I called a few weeks ago and was told that «were outside his delivery area» even though we have ordered from this location many many times over the years. I hung up and did take out from Golden Dragon down the street.
Last night we decided to try it again. I called in the order at 5:55pm and was told it will take 60 mins or less. At 7:09 I called to request status of my order. I was told «sorry we got busy» and then was hung up on. 15 minutes later I received my food. An hour and a half for fast food delivery? That’s just crazy. On top of that the food was mediocre and not hot. I would suggest passing on delivery.
