Worst pizza I have ever had last night! Where is the cheese??? Not ordering from here again.

This place had a special on the hold recording while I was on hold for buy one get one free. I asked for that special and they said it wasn’t an option. I asked to speak with the manager to honor the special, they said ok but it was for pickup only, I agreed to pick up. I went in to get my pizzas and they said sorry they only cooked one I could wait 20 more minutes or get a free pizza to come back another time. To me they just wanted to mess with me and I saw other employees laughing in the back. I asked for a refund of the transaction and went down the street to buy little Ceasars hot and ready pizza.

I just picked up my pizza and chicken wings right now and it is NOT FRESH!!! It seems like they just microwaved it! I am very disappointed because I was also hungry. I advise anyone who is hungry not to waste your money and time to go there.

i ordered pizza two hours ago!!! i have yet to receive my food nor is this place answering their phones. i have called multiple times and nothing. thankfully i chose to pay with cash so i did not get screwed!
i suggest ordering from dominos. they have a great thing crust pizza, deliver fast and never have issues. this is the one time my roommate and i decided to order from pizza hut
never again!

Sunday night I called to place an order, Abraham N. Took my order he Is so polite very patient took his time asking what topping I wanted and so on love this pizza place.

Guess who believes they can charge more based on their location? THESE GUYS! They too will not honor the national promotion, because they are in Orange County!

horrible!!! i wish i could give zero stars. first of all every time we have gone the people working have been so rude acting like they are so annoyed to even be working. the delivery is never on time. and last, but most definitely not least… if you write on your notes when you order for them to draw a picture on the box they are supposed to, i told my daughter about this and she was sooo excited. but, what do you know, when the pizza came. no drawing! and not to mention it hurt our stomachs so bad, made the whole family have a bad time in the bathroom

Delivery took over an hour and made me meet them on the street when they were at the wrong address. Pizza was cold and I ordered bbq chicken wings but received hot wings… Ended up throwing it away… Stay away from this place!!!

In the very early eighties I remember I went to Pizza Hut ‘cuz I had to my parents went there one time I was like 7.
I thought the pizza was Pretty bad In the 90s. I had it 2 or 3 times either at a party or by some chance?
I haven’t ate it since the 90s and I thought it can’t still be the same?
so I got it for a football game and some wings when I picked it up the guy that opened it up to show me was inside the box I was thinking to verify the order…
but the look on his face and what I saw, led me to think it was almost as if he was warning me…“okay are you sure you want this?“
I’m not going to even mention their wings other than rubbery tiny boney laying in a cardboard box, they looked boiled
Pizza Hut is just sick. sick sick
the sauce tasted like shit salty tomato paste the crust with oil and garlic — tasted Bad and couldn’t get the taste out of my mouth there was olives on the pizza which looked like raisins and I’m not kidding. I happen to be hungry too that shows you really how bad it was.
very simply people who buy from Pizza Hut have
1.never ever had pizza ever?
was in the trash and they were homeless?
3.Their phone is broken and can’t call another place?
4.They live next door to it and just moved in?
5. Possibly Ghetto trash and think… dat sheeet… its Gwood !!
I’d rather not eat if given an option, next time its laventina’s Big Cheese just down the street

I just ordered pizza for my for my whole store and it came with no plates and no ranch even though I ordered 16 wings, no napkins, called the called the store and they told me that they want to pass me to the manager that they were on lunch until 3 o’clock and I called at 12:30. That’s ridiculous wat happened to Pizza Hut !!

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. My last delivery order from this location was prompt, the pizza was hot, and it was better than most pizza huts! Not sure why it has so many negative reviews!

Ordered Pizza online. Delivery took 45 minutes and received cold. I did not check it, before he left, and it was wrong. I called the store and after speaking to 2 people, the manager finally got on. I was told they were busy and it would be another hour or more. When I said that was not my problem, he said I could come over and get it, as that would be quicker. I was stunned. I had it delivered because I was exhausted, now he wanted me to come to him to fix the mistake. After a few more minutes of this ridiculous conversation, I got in my car, returned everything and got my money back. I, too, have had problems with the quality the past few times I’ve ordered from them. NEVER AGAIN!!! Tomorrow, I am calling the corporate office.

Stood there at the front for 5 – 10 minutes waiting for help but they just sat in the back talking to each other and another guy was doing something with the cash register for the whole time. I gave this place a second chance after vowing to never eat here again because of the awful delivery service and sub-​par meal quality, but they’ve lost my business yet again. I’ll get my wing street winds from the place of 17^th thank you!

Fast, standard pizza. I can’t complain.

I have been disappointed in recent years. It use to be pretty good, but the previous pizza I gotten last year were bad. I say avoid this one at all cost.
