Caution! Swiped my debit card at this store yesterday and few hours later received a fraud alert from my bank… Since it was the only time I used the card this day the info was read off this swipe, the thief then went on a shopping spree to other local stores. No complaints about the service or drinks I received — just be aware that someone could be stationed in this store and able to pick up ur card info.

I would give it 4 stars but when they’re really busy they mess up on your orders. This happened to me on three different occasions. But when no one is there my service has been nothing less than spectacular they go above and beyond. So basically go there early

After an incredibly grueling physical weekend in Costa Mesa, I desperately needed some caffeine to help me drive back to San Diego. Opened my trusty Unilocal app and viola, starbucks right on the way to the freeway. Score.
Friendly-​enough baristas, but they were out of my toasted graham latte. Boo! Pumpkin spiced latte instead. It wasn’t crowded at all (Sunday evening, 5:30pm) so my drink was made really quickly.
Lot of seating outdoors (but I think it’s shared seating since it’s located in a strip mall) and indoor seating too.
If I was in the area, I would stop in again.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and despite being busy, the guys are always exceptionally nice, friendly and attentive. My food and drinks are always done exactly as I want. Also the free internet and phone charging is a big plus. Thank you!

I’ve used the pay&go 4 times now, and I have to say, I am very impressed! The employees here are so polite and are super quick. I appreciate that they do everything in a speedy manner to get everyone to work on time. I have to say that I’ll be frequenting this place weekly because they don’t make me late to work and the pay&go service is super fast! The phone estimates the wait time to be 7 minutes, but by the time I put in my order in my car, it’s there at the counter when I walk in. I’ve ordered a drink and a breakfast sandwich all times and I can say that ordering by phone is much much quicker than getting in line. It could be deathly long in the morning with that before-​work-​rush. Happy hump day!

Spent $ 33 for drinks and breakfast for the family… longest wait ever! Forgot our food, waited 20 min for a cup of ice water. Horrible customer service ever!

Typical starbucks. It’s kept clean, has that coffee smell that gets stuck in your hair and clothing. People are pretty nice there. But it is busy, which is normal for a starbucks.

To be in a grocery store parking lot, parking sucks here. In the mornings there is usually a pretty long line but it seems to move a good pace. The problem is they don’t put sleeves on drinks or give out the straws so the small area where you pick up your drink can get backed up with customers.
They are also not the friendliest place. The drink pick up area is in the back corner of the store so if you don’t hear your drink order called out it will just sit there till you wonder where it is.
Its a very convenient location so hopefully they will get things running a lot smoother soon or I may just not return.

I usually avoid Starbucks like the plague but when faced w/​an hour+ drive to our brunch destination & needing my morning fix loooooong before that, we were left w/​only one option
And have to say, I was all kinds of impressed!
Actually tasted the coffee, which for SBux, is almost unheard of for me. In the past, it always seemed like no matter how many shots I asked for, there was always too much milk… not this time!
Tall, 3-​shot, skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte. Gotta go for the froufrou when coming to SBux, you know so a standard latte was out.
No syrupy aftertaste & nice, strong coffee ratio — this was awesome!
Mr found his mocha to be very chocolatty — which again, is almost unheard of
So props to this location for offering strong coffee drinks & getting us on our way, ready to face a beautiful, sunshiny day

Worst Starbucks I have EVER been to in my entire life. I have had a gold card for 5 years and this Starbucks is the worst by far.
First, the service I had was terrible, I tried to explain to her that she charged me wrong, but did not listen. I called three Starbucks around the area for the cost of my drink and tried to explain to her the situation. She called her manager over and you think they would listen to me. Unfortunately, they didn’t.
The coffee I got also was terrible. I am so mad and angry.
Don’t ever go here they charge extra on coffee and drinks. They also have terrible service and have the worst attitude.
No amount of coffee is worth the attitude and terrible service this place has.

Found myself here after a hearty dinner nearby. I was feeling achy and tired and needed a hot pick me up. Coffee sounded ideal so I told the boy to steer us to the nearest place that sold coffee.
Starbucks it was.
On that Sunday night, we were the only customers. Everyone else was just mooching off the wifi doing who knows what. I just wanted my zebra mocha (my usual) although the new menu item, the Valencia Refresher, looked pretty damn good but I passed. The mind and body needed HOT, not COLD. Maybe next time, you refresher you.
Cashier was absent-​minded and lost in lala land. We gave her a $ 20 and she forgot to give us change back claiming something about fake bills, etc. Like we really care. Just give us the damn change and our drink, please.
Drink was great. Expertly made. Thank you very much. Some baristas tend to royally screw up this simple concept and I was a happy camper.
