Spiral Expansion

Really nice class, I don’t come that often because I do other stuff for my main exercise but I like to come occasionally. Siena is always welcoming and I feel great after — all stretched and relaxed. I’ve had her private training too, really helped my lie back!

Siena was a life saver for me at a time when I was very discouraged about ever having a working body again. I was a professional dancer many years ago and the remaining injuries that continued to plague me made me feel like exercise would never come back into my life. Siena’s weekly sessions gave me hope and made me feel like a dancer again. And when it became apparent that hip surgery was in order, she helped me prepare physically for it; and is helping me tremendously in my recovery. Her patient, present, loving way of working and her deep caring for each individual client is really apparent and I treasure it. I look forward to working with her for a long time to come, past the rehab and into dancing again. I am so lucky to have discovered her!
