This Tex-Mex has the same style menu as the dozen or so other Tex-Mex restaurants in the area(and countless others everywhere else), but the quality of the food is really several cuts above. One friend from Atlanta who knows more about food than anyone I know, who haunts the Buford Highway scene and can always dazzle us when we visit by taking us to jaw dropping restaurants, always insists on going here when he visits us.

This is my family’s go-to remedy when we have no after-work/after-school dinner plans. The staff really take care of you and remember your«usual.» They have the best salsa in town, best margaritas, best prices, and if you are nice, they bring you a tasty blue concoction in a shot glass to finish off your meal.

Looks to be pretty small on the outside, but when you enter it is a great low-key atmosphere! Very affordable dinner with very affordable margaritas. They had a daily special that included a steak quesadilla with bacon! It came with a thin but delicious cheese sauce and enough rice with it to fill you up– if the two quesadillas didn’t. Dinner and drinks came out to be about 25. Definitely going back.

My first trip tonight to Chabely’s even though it’s only two miles from my back door. Got a carry out order of T1(4 soft beef tacos) and a C1(beef chimichanga). Lady who took my order was very courteous. Total on order was a little over $ 18, which I found reasonable. Order was ready in about 5 minutes. In addition to my order, there was also a container of salsa(best in town, no doubt) and chips. The food was very good. Will be going back to try the fajitas and margaritas. Will update my review when I try them. In summary, good food at a fair price. Recommended.

The employees hospitality is so warm and gracious. I had a grande burrito which was just ok(although it’s huge) and I didn’t eat the entire thing but I ordered a chicken chimichanga to go and WOW it was so flavorful. It wasn’t deep fried like other chimichangas but the flavor was delicious. Also my peach margarita was great as well. I will definitely be returning.

This place is small, but very friendly and they give you alot of meat in everything!!! The staff is really cool and ready to make you super fat if you can handle it all… lol…i am from vegas, but if i lived here i would come here at least twice a week. And it is really cheap to eat here. I got the b6 meal and a chicken chile relleno. And it was only 15 bucks!!!

Same old Southern«Mexican» food. Full of flavor and filling. Prices were nice and they have a moderate Tequila selection. Good lunch or dinner. Nothing amazing but not a let down. Careful though not all of their meals come with the same sides. I was expecting rice and beans with my order, only got rice. Noticed this happen to another customer while I was there as well. Make sure to read the menu as to what comes with what.

The employees are so nice that they make you feel welcomed and even thank you for coming to their restaurant. You can’t help but feel happy about being there. I got their taco salad and was able to customize my order to half-beef and half-chicken. They don’t have rice or bean in their taco salad, which might irritate you at first but the zesty taste of their beef, vegetables, and salsa tasted zesty makes you forget about that by the time you’re done. Their taco salads are more soggy than others. I accidentally cracked the shell causing all of the goo inside to spill out. The chips are tasteless but that could be because the salsa was so zesty.
