I’ve known and trained with Ted for over a decade in JiuJitsu. Ted, is extremely tough and knowledgeable with all the Grappling Arts. He is a stellar instructor and competitor. I have always admired Ted as a great person and a fantastic Black Belt in BJJ.
I cannot recommend Ted’s instruction enough. He is awesome!

I recently visited Osburn BJJ and wanted to reaffirm that Ted Osburn is one of the best Brazilian JIu Jitsu and wrestling instructors that you are going to find anywhere in the Verde Valley.
If you want to learn from the best and most experienced instructor within an hours drive in any direction, come train with the folks at Osburn BJJ!

I trained with Ted for 9 years, you will be hard pressed to find a better teacher or training partner anywhere. Ted has worked hard to create a community that is safe, family friendly, and above all top notch Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I would recommend him to anyone seeking any type of martial arts. You really can’t go wrong here!
