The service was fast and friendly not to mention the food was great. I had breakfast with another person and the check was less than $ 20 for us both. If you can have amazing food in generously sized portions, impressive service, and a cute diner atmosphere all at a fabulous price, why would you choose to go elsewhere for breakfast in Cottonwood. They even do lunch!!!

My standard for excellence is a good product, that is «easy to buy,» sold by people who are genuinely glad to have my business.
Pepe’s is such a restaurant.
Each time I go to this restaurant I am impressed. The food is interesting and well prepared. The wait staff is solicitous, and efficient; but even they are trumped by the owner who is exceedingly aware and responsive to the needs of every customer. He is everywhere at once, and is completely focused on the needs of his customers. it is wonderful to observe and experience.
I completely recommend this well run restaurant for breakfast (today I has a green chili omelette that was perfect.), lunch or dinner.

This place is amazing on the outside it looks like rinkydink dinner but the food, the service and the man who owns it named Pepe is so nice he literally stands by the door and shakes everyone hand he is a good man. Great food really good country fried stake it is my favorite. An easy 10 for service :)

Best huevos rancheros I have had and I could have it for lunch. Wife had the club sandwich which was average with homemade potato salad which was very good.
Service was fast and friendly like family.

Fast, yummy, good service and decently priced. When we arrived the café was pretty busy but they were able to accommodate our party of 6 right away. They offer so many options for dinner! We will be eating here again for sure!

Great place to eat. Great service and Awesome food The owner is very nice and friendly. Worth the drive. Wish we are this place in our town. Ate here twice on our vacation. 1^st time was a week day and the 2^nd time was on a Sunday. Very busy on Sunday. The wait wasn’t to long. Would definitely come back if I’m in this part of town.

Wow. Are you kidding me? Delicious. Cheap. Fast. Fast. Fast. Worth the drive over the mountain. I basically had surf turf and feather for breakfast for 7.99. Our server, Heather, quick, efficient, and nothing on the menu was not available. Clean restaurant. Clean restrooms. My husband had the green chili omelette special… 4.99. What?

Consistently good. Yes, this is where the locals eat. Great Huevos Rancheros. Staff is like a nice family. In my regular rotation. Ground beef enchiladas are great for lunch… or breakfast!

Best service I had in a long time, I had the light egg breakfast with yogurt and fruit with coffee. They greet you at the door and make you feel like you’re a long time friend. I highly recommend you stop by and see for yourself. Oh by the way the prices are good and the food here is excellent.

Pepe has great customer service, you walk in the door and he treats you like family.
Fast friendly service, breakfast here is awesome, I wasn’t to thrilled w the club sandwich I had one time when I tried lunch, overall I just come here for breakfast, which they serve all day long. I usually call in my order and pick it up.
Give this place a try for breakfast, be warned they are always super busy, but I’ve never waited more then 5 mins.

Some solid competition for Georgie’s café that we really enjoy when in Sedona.
FAST, clean, friendly, big breakfast and lunch menu with daily specials. We had brunch but the lunch menu looked fantastic particularly a HUGE serving of liver and onions for around $ 6. Bottomless iced tea was excellent and our server was already insulting us like a regular. Do it.

Located in a former A and W Root Beer building dating back to 1969, Pepe’s is a nice little diner offering a wide variety of American and Mexican food at supremely reasonable prices.
I enjoyed their cheese omelette with potatoes and toast. My partner had nachos but was a bit disappointed in what she felt was an uninspired dish.
The staff was very friendly and attentive and it’s obvious this is a favorite eating spot for the locals.
