The hardest thing about visiting the Dillard’s outlet was finding the damn thing. I hadn’t been to Mall of the Bluffs in decades, so I didn’t remember where Dillards was. It’s on the backside of the mall. As for the space, it’s fine. Items are well organized, as others have said, and sorted by size. There are TONS of clothes for women. As for men, they had a lot as well, and it was on season. I went in June and all the clothing was summer-y. Short-sleeved shirts, etc. If you’re expecting screaming deals you’ll be disappointed. There were nice discounts, but it was usually in the range of 60% off the list price. Comparable to Marshalls. There might have been better deals but I didn’t have the time or patience to dig much deeper.

I love this store… but you need to know what you’re getting into. It’s a blast for a bargain shopper but think of an entire department store of clothes organized like goodwill(as in not really organized at all). If you’re really wanting to dig through, plan on spending a few hours here. I’ve found some awesome deals, especially on business dresses, but also fun summer dresses. They have super weird hours, so check online first.

Depressing. Piles and piles of clothing no one wants, in a giant building. Unorganized. Sad.

There is a ton of inventory here. I spent 3 hours looking and trying on. There are very few dressing rooms — usually with a line. The special sale prices like ‘buy one pair of pants and get 2 free’ are great, the regular sale prices are just okay. If you are a bargain shopper, it is worth your time. I bought 2 Kasper jackets for $ 30 each, two Alex Marie suits for $ 60 each and a dress for $ 17. Comparable to what you can find at TJMaxx and Marshalls but maybe a season or two farther behind.

Great finds! Must dig and dig and dig! You can get great deals on women’s and men’s clothes. Very rude, unhelpful, and condescending employees. For the great deals, I was able to overlook the rudeness!

I wish it was a little cleaner. A fresh coat of paint and steam cleaning the carpet in the dressing rooms would do wonders. I will say the prices and selection are great for misses clothing! There are tons of dresses, but be ready to dig, give yourself time when you visit this store! Adding some sort of carts would be amazing and probably up the sales, my arms hurt so I just quit shopping.

I went here this past weekend and I wasn’t too impressed. The clothes were on racks accoring to their size but they were still disorganized IMO. Coats and shirts on this rack, pants and shorts on another. It just doesn’t look or smell that clean either. The carpets need replaced or really deep cleaned. Overall, I’ll only go back if my wife wants to venture in. It’s not that clean and the selection isn’t that good. But the prices aren’t too bad.

Since the official closing of Dillards and being turned into a discount store, I’ve been able to find some good and bad things here. Frist of all, be prepared to DIG! Though things are fairly organized, they are lumped together and kind of hard to thumb through. I have never shopped in the non-dress sections, just because the older lady clothes are mixed in with the«in-style» clothes. I’ve had a couple successful trips here. I’ve been able to get really nice dresses for work and other events. This last trip, I was looking for a glittery cocktail dress. I could not find one at a decent price online of in store. Because it was summer, they just weren’t in season. I came here and found probably five. I purchased an Antonio Melani for $ 30!!! That’s a steal. I also Giani Bini, Steve Maddens, and Antonio Melani shoes for around $ 30. I purchased a buttery yellow Calvin Klein dress for my wedding shower and once I got it home, the zipper completely tore out. The downside, no returns. Final sale only. So if you like it, make sure you love it. Dressing rooms are horrendous! There is gum that’s in the carpet, and the whole dressing room smells like cat urine. It was a little overwhelming. Please note that they are closed Mondays and don’t open until 12.

Plan at least an hour. A ton of inventory organized by type of clothing. Only complaint, a few thousand pairs of women’s shoes but only 6 pair for men. Located in the Mall of the Buffs.

Had been meaning to go check out this store since it opened. When I did, I was really surprised! You have to overlook the fact that the Dillards store needed a remodel BEFORE it became a clearance center, but other than that, the bargains were there to be found. It is a true clearance center. A little disorganized, wrong sizes mixed in on racks, but that can be said of non clearance stores. All like items were at least in the same area. I will go back again when I am more rested and have had a good dose of caffein! Well worth the time.

Found out that this Dillard’s has turned into a clearance center on our way back into town over Thanksgiving weekend. Bad news — disorganized racks of clothes, semi-rude employees and two dressing rooms for the entire store. Good news — if you love a bargain and going through racks and racks of clothes to find that great bargain, then this IS the place for you. Best purchase of the day — sweater with original MSRP of $ 180, marked down thrice to $ 60, take an additional 50% off everything in the clearance center so paid a whopping $ 30. Got a few more shirts for $ 5-$ 10. Dress light, pack a bottle of water, wear comfortable shoes. It’s slightly insane here.
