DO NOT GO TO THIS OR ANY TACO BELL IN COUNCIL BLUFFS. While you must realize that what you order is of questionable origin and the cleanliness of this site are always under suspicion, BEWARE — YOU WILL WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR YOUR ORDER & then they will tell you they ran out — without any apologies or any type of conciliatory attempt to reclaim those precious 20 minutes of your life you will never get back. The manager, Kendell, does not care and was surprised that we were upset about the situation. Why it was not his fault the machine was not functioning?!! Why should I be upset after ordering at the speaker & then finally making it to the window 20 minutes later to only find out the drinks we had ordered (and that is all that we wanted) were unavailable. Most other places — not Taco Bell — would at least offer us coupons for another time etc… There is no general manager number no local feedback number — just the big corporate machine. BTW — this is not the only time we have had to wait this long… but we normally get our order the way we want it…

My wife and I had a Taco Bell craving a couple days ago so we went to this Taco Bell on the West end. I haven’t been here before and my wife hasn’t been here in years.
Everything about the experience was good without any issues. We ordered, got our food, and left in a timely manner. The food was all correct too. What more can we ask for?
If I’m on the west end and have a hankering for some cheap food, I’m going to this Taco Bell.

If you live in CB, the Taco Bell at the East end is the BEST out of all 3 in town. This one here and the manawa location are both dirty and disgusting! From the food to the facility it’s self AND the employees. Step it up!
