If you hate paying the service fees on stubhub then Captain Ticket is the way to go. I ended up getting tickets that were significantly cheaper and in a better section from Captain Ticket than from stubhub.
Their customer service is also excellent. Before purchasing online, I called to see if the tickets would arrive on time. The gentleman on the phone personally ensured me that the tickets would do so. Sure enough, I received the tickets a few minutes after the online transaction.
I will definitely be buying my tickets from Captain Ticket from now on. Cheers!

I NEVER buy tickets, I called and spoke with Jeff, told him what show i wanted and within 5 min I had two tickets to a rush concert for $ 150.00 less than everyone else was offering. He even say me two row in front of his family at the same show. I will never buy tickets again from any other broker. This guy gets ticket anywhere for anything. Thanks Capt ticket!

Normally I buy tickets wherever I can online. A few of my friends recommended this Captain Ticket guy. I like to support local business, so I thought I’d check out the site. I made the order after checking prices elsewhere and to my surprise it was actually cheaper than Stub Hub! Picked up the tickets the next week! The owner was an awesome cat! I will be back for my next concert!

I’m a big sports fan and when you want to get tickets, it’s really hard to find legit places to purchase tickets. There are so many scams and scum out there to rip you off!
But, Captain Ticket is always reliable! It’s difficult to find honest sites selling tickets for sporting events. Captain Ticket is a small friendly business that you can work with directly unlike some of the other larger ticket sites that seem to not care about your concerns. I really do recommend Captain Ticket. I no longer have that anxious feeling of wondering if my tickets are gonna get me in to watch my favorite teams like the Lakers, Dodgers and Kings!

I’ve been looking for some tickets for a few months when a friend referred me over to Captain Tickets. I called Jeff the owner and told him what I was looking for and the ages of my kids. Not only did he go out of his way to find the best seats available to us but the safest for my 3 girls who will be attending their first concert in September. I don’t think I have ever been treated this courteous by any ticket outlet let alone a business. He treated us like family and understood my concerns:) I will be using him for years to come for ALL of our ticket needs!!! I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

First Class Opperation, Jeff Really knows his stuff. If you need tickets for ANY EVENT or Sports Memorabilia he’s the guy to call. Friendly family owned business right in the heart of downtown Covina. Easy parking, plenty of nice local restaurants to grab a bite while you there. Check out the American Girls store in the front part of the shop for some Country Bling run by Jeff’s wife Kelly and her friend Denise
