My husband picked up some tamales, carnitas, menudo and champurrado. Tamales were bland and lacked any kind of flavor. Carnitas were mediocre. The only thing I enjoyed was the champurrado. Reviews for this place are so mixed that we’re not sure we’ll be back to try other items.

Came 2 weeks ago and got carne asada and chicken. Marinated well. Also the green salsa and guacamole dip is good.

I gave it a try and I experienced the WORST tamales in my life and a smelly marinated chicken that was over salted to cover the rotting. Let’s keep supporting local businesses but Local businesses YOU need to meet BASIC quality standards.

You already know about the marinated beef and chicken. But did you know about the shrimp burritos? Lord have mercy. Spicy, dense, rich bundles of culinary joy. I love how the salsa is almost face burning hot, and the working man sized portions of it all. High five to the chef.

I come here for the orange marinated chicken. My absolute favorite. I live in Orange County and still drop in when i’m visiting the area to pick up the chicken. A BBQ favorite at every BBQ i’ve taken it to. My only complaint is that there are not more Lario’s Market’s.

Tacos here good, the Carne asada is very tender, they also boast having the best Carne asada(beef flap meat) in town,

We love this place… for our family this is the best place in the area from West Covina to San Dimas area for Carne Asada and Pollo per-cook or marinated to take home and grill yourself. They are also great for parties it’s about $ 6.50 a person and that comes with 2 choices of meat, rice beans and 2 types of salsa with chips also includes the fixing for the tacos — onions cilantro corn tortillas.

Awesome Mexican market that sell everything you will need for a delicious authentic mexican meal, from vegetables, to cold beer, to their awesome meats they sell it all. When I come here, I like to get their marinated chicken and carne asada. Its really tasty and pretty cheap considering its already marinated, ready to go on the grill. I also love their homemade chips and salsa. The guacamole is okay, definitely not something to rave about. They also have a kitchen that has the full menu. I have only trued the carne asada burrito which was pretty good. Pros: Huge variety of marinated meats, steaks, shrimp, and other specialty mexican meats. Kitchen makes some pretty good food, from tacos, to burritos, to fresh homemade tamales the menu is pretty complete. Love their chips and salsa. I like how the chips and thin and fresh. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. I must admit i was a little intimidated when I first came here thinking that I was going to have to bust out my spanglish. Cons: Not really a con but the kitchen closes a few hours before they close the market. I think I went around 8 pm and they told me they closed the kitchen at 7 pm. Overall: I highly recommend coming here. They have a great selection of marinated meats, and any other specialty mexican ingredient to make a fantastic meal. I also like the food from their kitchen.

Came to this place for lunch the other day pretty good burritos and the price was right I got a big burrito for under 5.00. This is a meat market and they had the Carnita’s already cooked and ready to get chopped and tossed into my burrito! The food was great I will be coming back!

I heard about this meat market, and had to try. Especially, because the one we used to go to, closed down after 25 years. :( We loved the selection of meat. We liked the service. The guy was fast. Just didn’t care for the prices too much. The meats were a bit pricey. Overpriced, but delicious.

I love this place! I just wish it wasn’t so tight and packed in there. It is a bit difficult to find the things you might be looking for if you’re planning on buying some groceries there but trust me, they have almost everything you can think of in there. I have only gone in there to purchase their meats and already cooked stuff. I love their beef fajita mix that you can purchase and cook at home. It is seasoned just right and there is a good beef to veggie ratio. The lemon chicken is also pretty bomb. I also enjoy eating their chips and salsas that they have there. The staff is nice too and happy to help. The husband wanted to try their chicharones and the guy behind the counter was more than happy to provide him to samples so he could decide which one he wanted. If you’re in a rush and you don’t plan to cook, they sell tamales and burritos made to order. Prices are ok, a bit pricier than other places but I think the quality of the food items is a bit better than other locations I’ve paid a visit too.

I like Larios. I have been getting carne asada from here off and on for over 12 years. The meat has always been good. I also like the salsa and the service is friendly. While they are not the best carne asada I have ever had they are certainly good and convenient. I will continue to shop here in the future.

Well this Sunday stop by to pick up some tamales. .what a complete FAIL! !!! took them home so I thought they were ready to eat bc they had them warming up in a vapor. Nope they were COLD! So not only did they sell me half ass warm tamales and should have said they were in the process of warming them up not look at each other and not say anything. Now for the taste they were horrible! No flavor the tasted like water down tamales. Gross i should have gone with my first choice. Won’t be going back that’s for sure.

Carne asada– Pros: flavor is good not great. Has the redish tint so you know it has been marinating. Cons: too much fat and connective tissue to charge $ 7.99 per pound; over priced

I love the meat, they never let me down. and the flavor is great, both chicken and beef. This place is clean, and it’s a one stop shop for all your Mexican BBQ needs, tortillas, vegi, hot sauce, chips… For me, this is the best Mexican meat market, and I highly recommend it.

Alright, I don’t just eat out I actually cook too. So when me and my husband are in the mood to eat some asada and marinates chicken, this is the first place that comes to mind. Carne Asada marinated– on the bag you take home it says the meat is marinated with an Orange marinade. I don’t know about that because my marinade never comes out a beautiful bright red color like this place. Honestly it’s seasoned so nicely, regardless on the way you cook it, the marinade packs this meat with flavor. I don’t like buying carne asada when I’m out, because I know it won’t taste as good as the one I make at home thanks to the marinade at this meat market. The meat is also always fresh and thick, and one piece of meat is always huge. I mean it’s about a pound per meat flap. This meat comes with a pretty hefty price tag, but it’s nice to treat yourself every now and then. It’s usually 16 dollars for two pounds. So watch the weight, it can be expensive. Chicken– I love the chicken here. It’s marinated in the same marinade as the carne asada. The leg thighs are always thick and once cooked their packed with flavor and their so juicy. The chicken is cheap too, and it’s packed with flavor. I wouldn’t try the food here. It’s still a meat market. The meat is meant to be prepared at home. Plus, I don’t see great experiences here. All the salsas don’t appeal to me either. I did order some Cotija cheese here once because I was in a rush and it was fresh. I’d stick to taking my meat to go and cooking it on the grill. You won’t be disappointed!
