Great injury Attorney. I refer him to my family & friends. Everyone I’ve referred to Tim had been very pleased with their outcome.

He was cordial when we met him, but spoke too much about all the things his previous clients shouldn’t have done, and other issues, world issues that were irrelevant. I didn’t provide proof of insurance because I didn’t want to involve my insurance and I explained to his assistant the issues we were having trying to get medical treatment from our insurance due to the fact that it was a car accident, she sounded like she had no clue what I was talking about and she obviously didn’t want to be bothered, she said he would call me back, he did, he raised his voice, he was rude, he didn’t let me speak or explain so he obviously didn’t know the facts, the funniest part was when he said «I’m going to tell you what Donald Trump said, You’re fired» and slammed the phone on me! Are you kidding me !!! I seriously thought he was joking, I was laughing ! What happened to being professional? Work ethics ?? I guess I should have know when we met he was wearing old denim shorts a t-​shirt and tennis shoes and his hair was sticking straight up, not the image most attorneys have. I had no clue who he was until he said he was attorney. Glad he did this now, There are so many good attorneys I will find another who will treat me with the respect I deserve. Disclaimer … I am not defaming his charter, I am just stating facts. I had 2 witnesses since I had my phone on speaker. I gave him 1 star because there was not a 0 !!!

I would highly recommend Mr. McDonough as a personal injury attorney!!! We used his office recently and he personally and/​or his staff immediately respond to any inquiry you may have big or small and work hard on your case to insure you have the best possible outcome for your case.
