Abba relocation has been a tremendous help to us with our daughter and her college moving and storage needs. We are out of state and our daughter went to school at the Oxford Emory campus. If it wasn’t for Abba relocation we would’ve had to fly back-and-forth across country several times. They were extremely professional and followed through with everything.

We reserved a 17′ truck in advance and had the reservation confirmed and guaranteed by this location(they rent U-haul’s here). When we went to pick it up the«manager» told us he let the people before us use it for a few more hours, despite our reservation at 10AM. When we came back later and asked when it would be back he got angry and told us he wouldn’t rent to us, even when it came back!!! We ended up having to rent a 14′ truck the next day for 3 times the cost. We supposedly had a guaranteed reservation, and he completely disregarded it. This place is ridiculously unprofessional, I wouldn’t trust them with a thing– if you actually get them to follow through on any of their guarantees. I’ve been trying to have this resolved for over 20 days, after placing over 7 calls to the company, and having them promise to call back with no one following through. It’s ridiculous enough to be put in this situation, but to have completely incompetent customer service is the icing on the cake. It’s been a struggle even trying to get this resolved.
