Kohl’s

I am flat out done with Kohls. I shopped there for years, and now I know their game. Don’t be fooled by the «low» prices and sales. I removed a shopping tag once only to find a higher price barcode printed on the box. Then with my 20% off, it all evened out. They markup their prices and then make you think you’re getting a deal — you’re not.
The last straw for me was the 4^th time in 3 years, they let me leave the store with a security tag on my item. FOUR times they missed it, nor did the alarm go off. It is extremely inconvenient to have to go back and prove you’re not a thief just to have them remove it.
The workers are getting trashier and trashier. The clothes are also going downhill. Unless you have a big behind and wear Jennifer Lopez clothes, or are really tiny like an Asian to wear Lauren Conrad, their clothes are bad quality and made by sweat shop children.

I rather enjoy shopping at Kohls because they regularly have good sales, and you can generally find your size in most items.
This store is 2 floors: downstairs has womens, mens and juniors clothing; upstairs has lingerie, shoes, kids, toys, and housewares. There is a escalator in the center of the store, and an elevator in the back right corner. Customer service is upstairs near the elevators.
This location is usually pretty well stocked, but also very messy. Clothes all over the floors and in the dressing rooms. Lots of employees, but hard to find them. Lines can tend to get long (especially during the holidays) and generally move rather slow.

Check on the website for coupons. Join their free rewards program to earn points and save money; when you sign up they send you a coupon as well. Keep an eye out for the Kohls cash sales as well. Clearance can be marked anywhere from 20% off to 80% off, so there can be really good deals — especially when you combine coupons.

I shop here all the time, we’ll not ANYMORE! I just ordered shoes for my son for school that you can’t find in the store. Got the confirmation email and noticed it was the wrong color. I calledcustomer service to have them change it they would not let me. It had been 10 min since I ordered it. She said take them back to the store and buy them there! Well I would have if I could have! This is not the first time I have Had problems returning things there. Last time I shop at this store. Terrible customer service!

Came here last saturday with my sister looking for a dress.
When we first walked in, we saw 3 greeters, which was nice. They seemed pleasant and ready to help.
My sister wasn’t quite finding what she was looking for but I had her try on some different things. Eureka! We found a dress and a skirt!
The dressing rooms were quite tidy and clean.
The floor in general looked clean and kept up. I did not see any random clothes on the ground.
I think we found 6 – 7 items, and it rang up as 166 $. Not too bad Kohls. Not too bad.

The store manager treated my mother very rudely. The signs around the store are never correct and they don’t honor it even if it is their mistake. We will be taking our business to jcp now that they have great sales again.
If you want to shop at kohls go to South center, they are much nicer and I don’t want to support a nasty manager who doesn’t care about customers.

Just came back from shopping at Kohls. Bad experience at checkout. I shop here all the time and previously, you would line up to wait for the next available cashier near those posts that they have set up. Nope, it’s obviously a free for all now. I was standing there and TWO cashiers went up to different ladies and said, «Hi, I can check you out now.» Uh, hello? Do you see me standing in supposedly your checkout line? One lady was kind enough to tell the cashier, «She was standing in line before me.» Nope, the cashier replied,“THERE ARE NO LINES ANYMORE.” No apology. So customers, pay attention. It’s a FREE FOR ALL now. Forget about lining up. Just make your own line or just cut in line. Nobody will care.
Customer service and organization here makes the store Ross look twice as good. I will not shop here for sometime until you guys figure things out.

I had an exchange to do this week, it was such a hassle. First they told me to go upstairs to get the item then i came back down and then back up and by then i was just super annoyed. then the returns lady almost refused to ring up my exchange but she changed her mind… overall a terrible time.
i see the appeal of kohls, service is not their strong suit.

Nothing wrong with the store or the employees. I have only been becuase of the location. On my two purchases I have had bad experiences one shirt was cut very strange and the second time three different pieces of clothes fell apart within a few washes.
too many other places competing for my money.

Okay this store is one of a few I know of That hire more associates than there is customers. The employees are not well trained. You ask them where you can find men’s shirts at and they said «um I think its upstairs» its like do you think or do you know for certain. And if your not sure then ASK another associate. Anyway I found the shirts myself. I didn’t Like anything they had to offer. Not my style. Clean big store though.

Got a great buy on 2 pairs of kids shoes! Otherwise items were comparable with Walmart and they were marked way up (so that they could have a great sale!). Probably will never be back — it was a 1^st and last visit… little one did like riding in the carts???

If you want products that look exactly like what you could find anywhere else, go to Kohl’s. You could probably find something good at Kohl’s as far as kitchenware or bedroom items (blankets etc) is concerned, but for personal items I’d go elsewhere to get a better selection.
