River’s Edge At Eastside Pointe

They haven’t even finished building these apartments and already I’m disgruntled with them. I turned in my application and payed the $ 50 fee. A couple days later, I found a place more suited to my needs, as this apartment complex had no approximate time that I could move in. They only had a «waiting list». I stopped in the office to see if it was too late to get my $ 50 check back. (I had already checked with my bank to see if it had been processed). She made it seem like it had been cashed right away and I was days too late. Checking with my online banking, I see that the check was cashed the same day I tried to get it back. I can’t help but have a feeling that they decided to hurry up and go get it cashed when I left.
