Chipotle Mexican Grill

What’s not to love about Chipotle? It’s consistently good. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is always friendly. The seating areas seem a bit sterile though. Not much atmosphere to this location. You can tell they don’t want people spending the day in there.

What is the point of online ordering? I had a clear confirmation that my order was placed under my name. It was also paid for online. After being told that they didn’t receive the order and telling me to get in line (a line that continued to grow as this was going on) I was told they did have the order but I gave them the wrong name. Again, I received confirmation of the order under the exact name I gave them, but apparently it was my fault. Then I was told it wasn’t paid for. Wow. And all the while the guy was touching my phone and the cash register with his gloves on and returned to making food with those gloves on. No apology to me but two apologies to other people who were stuck waiting while they fumbled over dealing with this simple situation. What a joke.

Great food, good service. I tried to order online and it said I could pick up a hour from when I ordered. Then I decided to take a chance and just walk in. The place was almost empty, so my service was quick. Food was exactly what I wanted.

About an hour after proposing to my girlfriend, she suggested we go here for lunch. Needless to say this is as good as it gets and we both ordered a chicken burrito bowl. They are generous with the proportions and it’s a great choice for lunch. Good location right off the turnpike in a strip mall. I can’t wait to see the first place my fiancé chooses to eat after we are married.

Great food but bad service. Went in around 7 and the employees made all of the Internet orders for pick up rather than attending to the lengthy line in the restaurant before. Overall bad servive

I had a great experience at this Chipolte. I travel for work and usually eat at chain restaurants because I know what to expect… This did not dissapoint. I felt I got a very good amount of food where I have been to other branches where I feel skimped. The only reason I can not give 5 stars is is because I had to wait to order and pay when there were no customers in front of me but it was not for very long.

I work nearby this Chipotle and have grabbed lunch here at least five to ten times. The line can be very intimidating — even up to 30+ people at one time — but if you’re willing to be patient for just a few minutes, you’ll find yourself at the front very quickly. Like other Chipotles, the food is very consistent, and I have really enjoyed my lunch every time.

I attempted to stop by here earlier today for lunch. In the past couple of months this had quickly become one of my go to lunch spots. Generally speaking chipotle is quick and has good food and all of my previous visits have lived up to my expectations. Today was a different story though. As soon as I walked in I noticed that the line was longer than normal. I reassured myself that it was Friday at lunch so of course the line was long. There were also 5 visible workers so I figured how long could it take? Sadly I never did get my answer because only one person checked out in the 10 minutes that I was there. As I was trying to find out what the holdup was I noticed a number of bowls going through the line without anyone attached to them. I thought it may have been the person at the front of the line ordering for co workers. It wasn’t though as she never made it through the line and I saw two of the workers reading over a list near the cash register. It was at that point that I left, like a number of other people in that line, and headed to a place that wanted my money.
The bottom line for me is that I will not be coming to this chipotle again in the future. I find it quite sad that they didn’t really care about the people that were standing in line at their store waiting to order.

Was on the road and decided to stop in for what we thought would be a reliable Chipotle experience, but what we found was quite frightening. I’ve never been so horrified at the lack of cleanliness. This place was filthy.
The food was, as always, terrific and the servers great. They tended to our gluten free needs with great care.
They could use a hand with someone to clean that place. Nasty tables, floors and bathrooms. Thumbs down on that filthy place.
Kudos to the staff for their hard work and sensitivity dealing with the long line.

Chipotle is one of my favorite places. I come here at least once a week (usually more) and the employees are always friendly. It is good, fresh, food fast.
This location is my favorite because of the employees. I typically stop on one night after work and everyone that works here is friendly. Come in often enough and they know your order.
For anyone who hasn’t been to Chipotle, the concept is simple. Choose either a salad, bowl, burrito, or tacos. Then go down the line and add your favorite fresh ingredients. I always choose the chicken because it has just the right amount of flavor.
I highly recommend this place.

I have been to this location at least 20 times. Outside of the past 3 times, this has always been great. But over the past 3 weeks, this location is clearly going down hill. The staff is not as friendly, the food is not as good, and they typically are running out of their ingredients. This will be the last time that I visit this location for a while. I hope that this location gets turned around quickly.

First time at Chipolte. Got the burrito, which split wide open on me. Steak was delicious. No complaints.

Good job! I used the online Chipotle app to stop by with about a dozen of my students. The staff was pleasant and helpful and was able to pull together a large and complicated order ahead of time.

The food is always fantastic. Especially the barbacoa. I usually stick to bowls or a burrito. So it depends on what you’re felling. My only complaint is that it is very noisy, and there is not enough seating for those busy times. The inside layout could be greatly improved.

My husband and I use to frequent this place and really liked it. The tacos are pretty good and although expensive, they piled the meat on and you felt like it was somewhat worth it. The last time we went my husband asked the guy preparing his food if he was using tweezers to pick up the meat. The manager chimed in that they had been putting too much meat on and from now on only a measured amount would be used. They cut back on quantity but they sure didn’t cut back on price! I added a picture of one of our «vegetarian» tacos… WHERES THE BEEF?

This was my first time at a Chipotle and I was not impressed. The service was great, but the food was not. I noticed when I walked in that I couldn’t even smell food cooking. That was a red flag. The contents of the burrito were not hot enough to melt the cheese and they put a ton of sour cream. Sad it wasn’t better…

My husband and I love Chipotle. Actually I don’t think anyone I know dislike it. I always get a burrito bowl and my fave is the barbacoa. It’s better than getting the steak because for some reason the steak has a lot of gristle, so it isn’t fun to eat when you have to spit that out (or swallow it) (sorry). Anyway, my husband sometimes get the tacos too, and says it’s good. so the food has been good so far. Not much to complain about. One time we went, they didn’t have any salt and pepper and had 2 almost empty bottles of hot sauce.

My first time here and I was very pleased. The serving size was great for the price and filled me up more than expected. Taste was excellent and service was good

I’m chipotle’s best fan. Can eat it every day if the week. No complaints whatsoever. This one is like any other. Great fresh ingredients. I love the steak bowl.
Their guacamole is amazing, but I prefer it on the side or with chips not in the food but that’s personal preference.
Their corn salsa is in point.
At lunch and dinner hours always has a long line but worth the wait.
It’s $ 6.65 for a bowl, that’s how much you’d spend on a meal or even just the food at a fast food joint. This is actually fresh and the ingredients are natural.
Will be back again and again.

Chipotle rarely enters my thoughts when I’m considering going out to eat. Perhaps I’ve been doing them a disservice all these years by not giving them a fair shot. My daughter goes there a lot and when she visits we sometimes will all go to chipotle if we’re just looking for something quick and tasty. She’s opened my eyes to the possibilities that chipotle brings!
I love the fresh ingredients and all the choices. I used to get the burrito but man, that thing is huge and I feel like I’m super stuffed after I eat that. So I’ve switched to the tacos and get them made with all the stuff I want with a side of guacamole and some chips. Yum!
While I don’t like it enough to work it into a regular rotation, chipotle is a good alternative to any fast food/​chain restaurant option you might otherwise consider. At least here you can actually make healthy choices.
