Oil Well

I have been using Oil Well at Cranbury fro several years. They provide the service I need and do not push service that I do not need. I have years of dealership experience as a comparison. Great Price, Great Service, Quick, Great Personnel and Convenient Times!!!

I went back got my tires rotated by Matt, he was professional and courteous. One star back!

On one of your location at cranbury employee (Mario)was very rue to customer. Came in for services. Assistance manager Mario who was there on Thursday 7÷30÷15 refuse to service to customer. When he approach to customer with bad attitude. He said, «you came in wrong day to rotate your tires. I have lift your car. «this not way treat a customer. Not even have professional manger people services. You need retrain or select right employee for that position. Eventually oil well will start losing customer with bad attitude employee. I will think twice to bring my cat there if Mario is still around. It will scare all your customer way.

I have been here only one time but immediately loved the spot. First impressions for someone working on my car mater and instantly felt comfortable when staff did not try to sell me on all the most expensive products. Would be my spot if I was still working in Cranbury. Address listed is incorrect, actual address is 2659**

I’ve always had good experiences here. I’ve been bringing two cars over several years. I like that they keep good records and keep track of what your car needs at different intervals of time. They’re quick, polite and professional. In fact, today I went in with a broken windshield wiper (broken by vandals). I brought the two pieces I had to see if it could be fixed, as they had installed these [great] wipers several months ago. Turns out I just needed a new ‘head’, and not a whole new wiper. They fixed it fast and didn’t even charge me.
I like that they mail out $ 10 coupons, and that you can get a free car wash at two different car washes (Jamesburg and East Windsor). The waiting room is pleasant enough, and there’s always something to read. Yes, sometimes they suggest other services; sometimes I have them performed, other times I put them off til another time, or exercise my right to say no. I’ve never had a hard sell. I appreciate that they make these suggestions. They just seem to follow the manufacturers recommended guidelines. If they keep running this business in this manner, I’ll be a happy customer for a long time.

A decent place to get a oil change. I think they just raised their prices to $ 30+tax for 5 quarts and free carwash (exterior only) with coupon only.
They will always try to sell you something. They just told me I needed a steering fluid change but I just changed that myself recently. So always get a second opinion :)
