I am not generous with 5 star but this is well deserved. I just came back from getting my hair cut by Naomi. I have never been happy with any hair cut but I left the salon with a huge smile on my face!
The atmosphere is the salon is inviting, not pretentious and the women are very welcoming. Naomi took the time to talk to me about cuts and once she began cutting she is a true artist with an eye for detail.
NJ ended up declaring a state of emergency the day of my original appointment, but Naomi was thoughtful enough to personally call me and reschedule. The appointment system is fantastic! Unlike other salons where I’ve gotten there and the receptionist has forgotten about an appointment. how frustrating! Nope, not here as Naomi doesn’t skip a beat she is very considerate of your time! At Cranford Hair Company the customer is emailed a confirmation email along with reminders of the appointment time and date.
Overall, I Love love love my haircut and the attention I received here. I will be coming here again, Naomi you have a new customer! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Now i know why its so cheap
My keratin literally lasted 1 month kinda less
My hair is back to how it was first i didnt go to the beach nor the pool and i used sodium chloride free product also sulfate free products and nothing
$ 125 down the drain and i called back left a voicemail and nothing
Like the saying goes cheap is no good rather pay more and get something that will last

Naomi is professional and a true hair artist! Yay Cranford has her. She was able to fix my bad color, her blow outs last and she also gives you tips on how to properly care for your hair at home.

Come here for a Keratin treatment & you will not be disappointed. I have had several keratin treatments all over NY/​NJ and I will say this is by far the best one I’ve had. It also was quick and efficient (sometimes I’ve been all day at a salon because they’ve scheduled too many things around my Keratin). Not the case here. And Naomi is fun to talk with while you are getting your hair did. Excellent prices, too.

This is the ONLY place that I’ve been to and my hair style lasts more than a day. I have natural hair and when I go to other salons and get a blowout it frizzed up after a day. But when going to Cranford hair company my blowout lasts the entire week! She uses the best product and is very skilled at what she does. If you would like to get your hair done by Naomi (not sure if I spelled it right) you have to book it weeks in advanced. She is ALWAYS booked. But she’s worth the wait She is definitely the best!

Cranford Hair is a little hectic — always something going-​on (I guess that’s true of all salons).
No one makes you feel more taken care of then Naomi. She works to get you an appointment you want, and exactly what you want from your hair. She takes time to listen to you and explains to you why things are happening. She works WITH you on your needs and wants from your hair and hairstylist.
Naomi has curly hair, so she really understands ALL the needs of a curly hair girl, without charging those ridiculous prices (like Ouidad or Deva Curl). Not easy to find someone who gets the Curly Girl!
Super conveniently located in the great little town of Cranford, this little salon isn’t a ton of ‘dazzle’ but it is a ton of heart and knowledge.

Naomi is really great at what she does. She knows the value of customer service, is flexible when it comes to scheduling, and most importantly, listens to what I’m trying to accomplish and knows how to translate what I say in my totally non-​technical terms into a great hairstyle/​color. A real find!

You must try this salon! Coming here has allowed me to grow my hair out long and strong without spilt ends for the first time in my life! I’ve been to every hair salon in the area and I am so ecstatic to say that I have finally found a hair salon and stylist that can dye, cut and manage my extremely thick and dark hair. I highly recommend this salon if you want healthily beautiful hair. I have been dying my hair every color under the sun since I was a teenager and this is the best my hair has ever looked, ever! I highly recommend the keratin treatment. Niaomi is extremely professional and personable stylist. She is the type of person who will go out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable, beautiful and completely satisfied with your results. I also love the fact that they also run great promotions!

DO NOT GO HERE! The owner of the salon was very rude! She rushed out my bridal party because she booked another party – spent 10 MINUTES on the bride who’s hair FELL OUT on the 5 minute ride back home – WOULD NOT even accessorize bride’s hair the way she wanted because she was rushing. The owner was greedy, sloppy, not personable and not sympathetic to bride. WORST PLACE EVER TO BOOK for bridal hair – DON’T BELIEVE ANY «GLAM» of the WEBSITE – GO ELSEWHERE!!!
