BUYER BEWARE
A1 GLASS SERVICE located in Cranston, RI, installed a double pane front window in our home a little over 1 year ago. In December 2015, we noticed condensation & fogging between the panes.
To date, we have contacted the business ELEVEN times, starting on 1÷6÷16. We received 2 calls back from the owner, each time indicating that we would receive a call back the following day because the window needed to be replaced. So far, we have NOT received any further calls from A1 GLASS.
We feel that A1 GLASS installed a Poor Quality product & provided us with HORRIBLE customer service. Actually, after installation, they provided NO customer service, just false assurances that they would address the issue.
Also, they do advertise on their website that they are accredited by the BBB, but on the BBB website it states, «This business is not BBB accredited «.
Bottom Line — Use another glass company because A1 GLASS does NOT honor their commitments to their customers, nor are they responsive to their customers concerns.

I used A1 for some glass pieces for furniture in my home a few years back. Great customer service then. I recently called to have a piece resized and another replaced. I’ve left MULTIPLE messages with no return call to any of the messages left. My request is a small job but nonetheless deserves an acknowledgment. I’m super disappointed because I had more pieces I wanted made.

I am very impressed with service we received f I used A1 Glass to replace a broken window. The entire process took 30 minutes maximum from assessing the damaging, quoting the price, and return to install it. I would highly recommend there service and I will use them again in the future.
