Typical crappy DD service! This location has always been horrible, but considering snow storm had no choice. Walked in, no one in line, walked up to counter where no less than 7 twits were standing around chatting behind the counter, not one offered to help, so I said out loud«is anyone available? «A shift leader(it was on her tag) offered to help and then accidentally dropped a ceramic mug which shattered everywhere. Not one of the other 6 twits offered to help her, or to help get my iced coffee… and the twit who rang up my coffee didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted anything else nor thanked me for my business… the owner of this location must be a moron, just like the staff. Last time I’ll ever go to DD… Cumbies Rocks!!!

Went here at 8:54 pm. You close at 11. Was told your hot chocolate machine was already closed down for the night. What?

Clean enough branch. The woman who took my order was very friendly. Fast service. Convenient location. Next to the main road and next to my beloved Whole Foods and LA Fitness.

This is a very friendly, well run Dunkin Donuts. I am only here when I visit from Brooklyn, but I am here often enough to appreciate how well it is run. As Bill D mentioned in his review, the line moves quickly. Also the place is clean and from my observation they have many regulars who they know on a first name basis!

My order was messed up twice, and the person behind the counter was upset when I asked for the bagel I had ordered. This location also makes me uncomfortable because there is a group of very old men who openly stare at and ogle younger female patrons. Everyone feels uncomfortable by these old guys. When they stop coming, I’ll be back.

There are many thousands of Dunkin Donuts locations in Rhode Island, but this is my favorite, and arguably the only consistently competent one as well. No drive through, but don’t let that scare you, let it free you! There is an army of people behind the counter, and they make that store hum. Long line when you walk in? Don’t worry, you won’t be standing in it for long. The staff is attentive and quick, and you actually feel like they give a damn about your order and not that you’re somehow interrupting whatever side conversations they’re having. And because there’s no drive through, they’re not ignoring the counter to get their almighty drive through wait time clock down. If I have a complaint, it’s that they look at you like you just said«I eat babies» if you tell them that no, you don’t want coffee. But that’s pretty typical here in Rhode Island, so I’m mostly used to that. The food is… well, it’s Dunkin. You know what you’re getting. But again, at this one, you stand a much better chance at not only getting what you ordered, but getting it the way you ordered it as well. That, sadly, is a rarity at most other DDs I visit from time to time. Step out of your car and into this Dunkin if you can. You’ll be glad you did.
