I hired Guy to replace my boiler. He showed up with a dented boiler, but promised that he will replace the panel within 2 weeks. After the boiler was installed, I had to follow-up with him a few times to get the receipt and warranty information. For the last 3 months, I have tried calling, emailing and texting Guy about replacing the dented boiler panel. I paid Guy a lot of money(promptly and immediately) for a new and undamaged boiler so you can imagine my frustration. After giving Guy every chance to finish the job, I am now writing this review. I do not recommend Guy. He will do the job, but don’t expect him to follow-up on the work, especially after he has collected payment.

Business is close by so when our boiler needed work done my husband decided to call Guy Clermont(What a mistake that was) Enter the basement and immediately starts firing off snotty comments about how horrible the previous work is(which is why he is here) and how he can’t be held responsible for someone else’s hack job. After explaining the issue more he finally starts to show some interest and tell us what would have to be done. Long story short we had to call him back after the job because the problem returned only to be told sorry he made a mistake then told us how to fix it ourselves via phone. Horrendous! You were just talking about another persons job and did some of the same mistakes yourself! If I could ever get back in touch with him(ignores all of our calls) I would tell him thanks for nothing!
