Thanksgiving buffet. The absolutely worse meal I have eaten in a long time. Possibly ever. Where to start. The turkey was pressed rolled each slice was dark and light meat together the potatoes were watery and flavorless the dressing was dry and was obviously a packaged dressing possibly long past its expiration date. Others at our table expressed disappointment as well. This will be a memorable meal but for all the wrong reasons. Should have gone to the free community Thanksgiving dinner.

We had steak and lobster for our anniversary. It was perfectly prepared and delicious! Small portions but for the price it was perfect! Wait personnel were pleasant and attentive. We dined in the bar area which was a fun atmosphere!

One of the few places you can go to and get food late night. Great drink and food speacials. They have a small non smoking section of Machines. The food was good. Service was slow but for the price it works. Cheesecake was delicious!

This is the worst place I’ve very been. The people treat you like crap, They rob you and poison you with the so called food. I guess the Indians get the revenges on the white people from this place. And no phone service.

Smells like a cigarette. Machines are tight. Restaurant floors had food, utensils, and trash on and under the tables. Staff walking around doing nothing. Should have been cleaning the floor. Presentation folks. Clean, clean, clean. First impressions are so important. Beef taquitos were stuffed with faux beef. It was a slice of beef like a piece of ham. Terrible. The cheese that was melted on top was greasy and plastic consistency. You can just peel it off. The salad was good. My husband had steak, bake potato and squash. He ate it all so I’m assuming his meal was good. The tea was good. Service was slow. Not a casino I would go back and visit.

This has to be one of the worst casinos there is, if your lucky and can get a bonus on any of the machines ya wont win much, if anything. The worlds tightest slots and the only casino that didn’t do anything for fathers day. This place sucks stay away from there and hit up lucky seven about 15 min north of there.

Food is a good deal, not very expensive and large portions. Service was a bit slow, but not too bad, and staff was friendly. Good daily specials($ 3) on drinks from 9am til 11pm!!! Also, only place in Crescent City where you can find food after 9pm. Smoking is allowed in casino(not in restaurant), but it wasnt’t too smoky(though it was middle of the day and place was not crowded). My friend won $ 19 playing machines at bar counter, so that was a bonus.

Terrible. Tight machines don’t even get 2 in a row. Staff sucks and could care Less about customer service. Players club here is a joke… Do yourself a favor skip this casino as it will eat your money…

Stopped in this Friday afternoon for a break from driving and a little recreation before hitting the road home. Had purchased a $ 5.00 mocha coffee up the road to enjoy with a little gambling. Just sat down to play a machine when I was approached by a very young«rent-a-cop» and told I could not bring my coffee inside the casino! I had a few dollars to spend there but I wasn’t about to dump a $ 5.00 coffee! Guess they are making so much off of everyone else they don’t need my business! Hahaha to you Elk Valley… Lucky Seven is just up the road! They appreciate my business.

Customer service is amazing, I go there a lot, there is not a big variety on their menu, especially for vegetarians but I enjoy the food and service.

Very small casino and super smokey. There is a small nonsmoking area hidden down a side corridor with some slot machines and a pepsi machine. The main casino has a few tables and some slot machines plus a decent bar area. I’ve had dinner here once and was pleasantly surprised that the food was decent, big portions and low prices. Of course service was slow but that’s typical for Crescent City. Unfortunately the dining area is small and tucked in the back corner of the building and also very smokey. If you like to smoke, play some slots and squeeze into the small number of card tables then this is the place for you. Otherwise head on up the road a bit to the lucky 7 casino it’s outside of town but alot nicer.

This was our 2nd time eating at the buffet located inside the casino. On Wednesdays, they have an all-you-can-eat buffet with prime rib. I have to say, it improved quite a bit from the first time so I’m glad we went back. I like my prime rib medium rare and it was cooked to perfection(especially for a casino kitchen). My dad likes it medium well and the end cuts. They had that for him too. They also offer au jus and horseradish with a kick. They also served your regular buffet choices: potatoes, rice, salad with fixings to choose from, cooked vegetables, ribs, chicken, mac n cheese, etc. And many different choices for dessert. It’s not Caesar’s Palace, Harvey’s or Harrahs but it’s pretty good. Like others have said, a huge downfall is the smokey atmosphere. They could use a stronger ventilation system to help air the joint out. Fortunately you can’t smell the smoke inside the restaurant area but you have to walk through the smoke to get in and out. The price was only $ 12.99 if you get the free membership card. And new members get $ 5.00 to play with. It was my birthday month and I forgot my card I got from years ago… they still had me in their system and they gave me $ 5.00 because of my birthday to play in the casino.

Casino was small and smokey, very few offerings for table games outside of slots and poker. I mainly play roulette, let it ride and craps, so they had nothing for me. Very disappointing. Didn’t try the food, just went there to spend some money at the tables.

FYI — the seafood louis salad is no longer on the menu. What a disappointment as that’s the primary reason for eating at the café. And the all you can eat buffet price has gone up a dollar. Got there around 6pm on a Friday night the weekend prior to the fourth of July, and it was busy busy busy. And smoky, smoky, smoky. On the plus side, you’ll receive $ 5 free play during your birthday month. So my sister, hubby, and myself each scored $ 5 free play. Without the seafood louis salad, we left w/out eating there, and went up to Crescent City instead.

This place used to be awesome… the restaurant part that is. Cheap offerings, free drinks with meal, wonderful waitresses, good service, wide selections. Then they remodeled to increase the bar space and playing space. Completely went down hill, way down. Prices increased quality and selection went down, nicest servers no longer around. Smoking is allowed so you might stink after a visit. If you ever dare to try the awfulness anymore.
