Let me start by saying that my mother tried her best to give this company the benefit of the doubt… with that being said, my mother’s bathroom needed a COMPLETE renovation because pipes were rotten and the floor completely unsafe so she decided to go with this company against my advice. She called in August to get the process started and it is now January and we just now got a quote. During which time, the bathroom flooded five times while we were waiting for them to decide to respond to us! We had to pay for the emergency repairs but still no word about the renovation and no phone calls back as promised by Kevin. Instead, he asked to speak to ME several times when I am not the homeowner! My mother has every right to constantly call if she was promised communication from you and didn’t receive it. I guess we were not that important enough to them and we completely wasted our time and could have gone with a small business to contract the work.

Today was my 1^st experience with Four Seasons and was great from start to finish! Nicole who scheduled my appointment was very friendly while taking down information needed for the technician. I called at 11:25 am & was told that they could have someone out between 12 — 4 pm. I received a call from Robert, the technician who called within a couple hours to let me know he’d be at my home in a half hour. When he arrived he placed covers on his shoes to walk through my home to get to furnace. He explained everything & was thorough. I had peace of mind when he finished knowing my furnace was running properly. I was amazed at the promptness & great service I received today, especially on a Saturday which also was our first snowy day of the season. I also was impressed that I received a follow-​up call within an hour after the technician left regarding the service I received today. I’m glad I chose Four Seasons today. Thank you very much!

My experience with this company. Was not good at all and they are way to expensive. Be careful to sign anything. They tell you one thing and do another. A play on words and then when you do not like what they do, to fix it they want to charge you more. Then throw in your face as a threat that you signed the paper. So you pay. Way to expensive and not good work. I paid 221.00 for a not even a hour of work and then put my old pipes back on when they said they where going to replace it all. Then after do says no just replace one pipe … This company is a RIPE OFF… Never will I use them again … I got played…

I have had bath remodeled new door and new windows. All with great service great products and great prices.

If «4 Seasons» makes you think high end, think again. STAY AWAY
Their phone personnel leave out the small print, grossly misrepresent services and cost, and if you happen to catch the «on call team», it’s hard to tell if you are speaking the same language.
Their service window is ridiculous and they have NO ability to accommodate requests — even if you are the first client of the day.
They quadrupled the estimated cost for duct cleaning, saying the cost was explained on taped call. After my 4^th call to connect with customer service to hear the call, I gave up. The plumber who came to assess a problem gave an estimate for installation of 2 faucets that was 8 times higher than my next highest offer, then lowered it by 30% — stating «I spoke with my manager…» BAD

This review is for HVAC service provided in Carol Stream, so I’m not sure if this is the same branch of the company (was only one I could find on here). Just wanted to say that they did a great job, guy who came to check out the problem showed us everything that was wrong and explained in detail. Laid out all the options with no pressure on which one to choose. Came back just a few hours later to begin repairs. They were very prompt, arrived when stated, did a great job! Thank you!

Ryan, the owner, has been in contact with me several times throughout the month. The roof survived the heavy rain/​wind storms that we have had. Today I was complimented on my new flashing (had the chimney swept). I just hope that this is the service that people receive the first time.

Four Seasons Home Services has a handyman section. Even though this tiling job was a comedy of errors, I have to give Four Seasons good Kudos because they went above and beyond to make me happy. Would I use this service again, I would but I would be asking for Tony, out of the three handymen that came to my house to do the job, he was the best and knew what he was doing. Four Seasons has some issues in this division, first they do not send the same handyman to do the job start to finish, which for me was an issue. This causes problems when there shouldn’t be any, second then the first handyman comes and doesn’t finish the prep work, the second handyman had issues starting the project, but finally they send someone who knew exactly what he was doing. If I had to do this all over again, I would have called and insisted that only one handyman do the job start to finish, and that would be Tony. He treated my house like it was his own, so he did the job with care and concern for the family. Also this job which was quoted as a 4 day job turned into a 9 day job, luckily I had a second bathroom, otherwise, it would have been an issue. My only other issue was out of three handymen, only one stayed past 3 pm, and made sure that he could not go any further before leaving. If you’re going to use their handyman services ask for Tony, he’s the best. The company needs more handymen like him, maybe he needs to train the other guys to be more like him, then there wouldn’t be as many problems. Yes I would use them again.
