I’ve been a loyal customer for several years. The Shims provide excellent choices and high quality jewelry and gems. I am very pleased with the custom made settings they have created for me with diamonds and with pearls. The repairs to a pair of earrings was very quick and I am well pleased. the service and quality are both great. they truly put their heart soul into their work. mrs. shim runs the store-​front, and is both knowledgeable and kind. mr. shim does great work on the jewelry sizing and customizing. i moved to california and still do all of my jewelry shopping at shim’s diamond company. i highly recommend this place.

service is spectacular! Not going to lie, it’s my parents shop but they have invested so much time into it. Even while the market is down, my parents are always willing to cut people deals because they know that people want nice things at affordable prices!
My dad does jewelry work and can fix just about anything and everything. I’ve lost one of my diamond earrings before and so he took the remaining earring and turned it into a necklace pendant for me. He’s mounted several of my pearl and diamond rings, fixes my watch batteries, resizes my watch bands, and a bunch of other things.
My parents are into great quality and great service. Everyone always comes out with a smile and spends hours there sitting and chatting with my parents about life, children, jewels, etc…
