Fries were burned. Asked for no onions on the burger but got them anyway. The Cole tasted«off». Parking lot was empty around dinner time on a Saturday and now I know why. McDonalds is right across the street. You’re better off there. The staff at this Burger King was friendly though.

I don’t ask a lot when it comes to fast food. I know it is going to taste like grease and regret but we eat it when we are in need of a quick bite on the go. What I do ask for is fast service and hot food. This latest trip provided neither of those things. When we pulled into the parking lot there were 2 employees hanging out near the entrance, smoking and goofing around. Those two employees remained there the entire time we were there. We went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 sandwiches, a french fry, and a drink. When we got up to the window the employee took our payment and had us park our car… why? We didn’t order much. We pulled up to the front and parked next to another vehicle with a mother and daughter also waiting for their food. We waited for 10 minutes for our food to come out… fast food should be faster. When we got home and opened the bag we were greeted by lukewarm sandwiches and cold, tasteless, barely-cooked french fries. Fast food is not hard! Quit goofing around, commit to doing the job you are paid to do and prove you deserve the $ 15 y’all are constantly begging for! This is the worst fast food restaurant in our area and if it wasn’t for my husband insisting that«next time» will be better, I’d never get food from here again.

Second time I have tried to order at 10:30 and«our systems are down and we can’t take orders». Either the management sucks and can’t fix a reoccurring problem, or the management sucks and doesn’t realize I saw their employees smoking pot in the parking lot rather than take my order. Either way, the management sucks and I should be happy I didn’t have to eat any ‘food’ these morons couldn’t make

We made a quick stop for a bite to eat during our road trip. It is right off a major expressway. Its felt does if we walked into an icebox. It was freezing! There was a bit of a line however it moved very quickly and we got our food very fast. The staff is very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The tables were clean the bathrooms were clean and the restaurant was so nicely decorated with spring décor. The thing I found most interesting with the soda machine it is all digital touch screen and you are able to pick your flavors they had a ton of variety of flavors to choose from and combine. It is the first time I have seen this. I wish we could have one of these in our house!

Horrible. Untrained staff, slow prep, always out of menu items, and soda flavors. Off the clock employees hanging out in the dining room swearing within earshot of my six year old. This place seems to be worse each time I stop in.

This place is the dirtiest establishment I’ve ever been to in my life I wish I could post pictures of what the bathroom looks like as well as the seating area and while I’m there with my children I have two employees. Conversation on with profanity and ghetto talk. I would never go back to this place and I contacted the corporate office so hopefully they can clean it up since were in Cromwell you should be keeping it pretty clean it’s not hartford.

Note to the reader… I sent this review to BK Corporate a few months ago… figured I’d share it again. You should also know that i DO have a life… i just get passionate about these things once in a while: Although I tell myself I want to, it is not often that I actually go through with writing reviews of businesses that I visit. When I do, however, it is usually to address bad service or report unacceptable conditions. This one is different… My boyfriend and I were traveling up to Boston this past weekend through the terrible Tropical Storm Andrea. Choosing Burger King over McDonald’s, as I usually do, we stopped to grab a quick bite to eat. I was a little discouraged as we approached the drive-thru window and could not read the menu options due to poor lighting. It was at this time we decided to stretch our legs, and make this stop a dine-in experience. Considering the fact that it was 9:45 on a Friday Evening, it was safe to assume that the place wouldn’t be packed with hungry patrons. What I also didn’t expect was the shockingly fantastic service that I was about to receive. Our order was taken by the cashier, who had suffered a recent injury judging by the sling that his arm rested in. He took our order with grace and kindness, and continued his duties without letting his injury inhibit his efforts. We received our food, and took a seat in the empty, but warm, dining area. As we enjoyed our respective meals, the manager(I would assume) checked in on us to make sure that everything was ok. Delicious, as always, our food was scarfed down within minutes, and we made our way to the exit. A farewell by the employees that included«Have a Good Night» and«Drive Safe Out There» escorted us out into the storm. As we got into the car, I turned to my co-pilot and said«That was the best Burger King Experience I’ve ever had! We have to write a letter!» So here we are… In my 27 years of experience at «quick-service restaurants» I cannot say I have been more satisfied with both the food and service as I was on Friday Night in Cromwell, CT. Thank you for finding these amazing people, and for giving us warm shelter on a stormy night.

Amazingly incompetent management. Came here for lunch, cars backed up out the parking lot from the drive– thru. Walked into store to be greeted by a dozen or so angry customers waiting for food. The girl running the register was disgusted with the manager barking orders like a drill Sargent. Took almost 20 minutes to get two sandwiches and a small order of fries. The manager, a Spanish woman, was clearly in over her head and needed support or training. Get your act together guys.

When I went to place my order at the drive thru, the person working was unresponsive for a long period. She finally took my order, but did not confirm it after I stated my order, so I drove up. When I got to the window, the associate was not there right away, and showed up after a minute. She was talking on her personal cell phone the entire time I was at the drive up window. I handed her a coupon for my order, and she said she shouldn’t accept it because I didn’t mention it at the time or order(this was listed nowhere on the coupon as a requirement) She took the coupon and my credit card, and a couple minutes later came back with the food. She refused to give me a receipt, saying it was too late. So I had no idea how much I actually got charged. My ham egg and cheese croissantwiches were cold. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received, and will not be returning. Poor service can be expected here at breakfast time. I’d like to restore my faith in Burger King, but I just keep being let down.

This Burger King is in a strip mall off busy Route 372. Access from I-91 is quick as it is only one block from the highway ramp. This restaurant is about average for the chain. The interior is getting a bit drab and it’s probably been a while since the last renovation or update. Food and service were okay.
