Lone Star Rustic Furniture

This place is so awesome! Sales staff, delivery men and GM were and still are so polite and courteous! My husband and I had a wonderful experience and saved truly thousands of dollars for more furniture then we would have at other stores we had shopped at. We have wanted good rustic furniture for some time and when we purchased our new home we shopped several other places and went back to Lone Star Rustic Furniture for all our furniture. As a matter of fact we are going back today to purchase additional pieces! We love this place! Not to mention the very fair prices and very courteous, awesome staff!

Great experience dealing with Lone Star Rustic. They had a huge selection of bedrooms and dining rooms. My sales person was very knowledgable and helpful. The process was easy and actually fun. Will definitely buy furniture here again.

If I could give this store a negative score, I would. My husband and I had seen a beautiful bedroom set in one of their adds. I started by calling the Alvin store and spoke w/​a wonderful salesperson by the name of Eunice. To be honest, she was the most positive experience of the entire incident. She went out of her way to call be back with quotes and her attitude was cheeful. Now mind you, I am aware that these folks get paid from commission so I wanted Eunice to get the sale if we decided to purchase from them. I was told that the furniture I desired to see and show my husband was at the Crosby store. So, we made the drive 45 mins. I did pick out my favorite items and asked for a total price from the GM. I also asked if there was anything small he could throw in for free or discount. NO. The GM as aware I had been talking to Eunice as he had a faxed copy of my likes from speaking with her, My husband and I decided to visit Discount Rustic Furniture in Baytown prior to making up our minds. Once this came into discussion, we were informed of what a terrible store they were. (please see my review on this store). Needless to say, our $$ went to Baytown as their prices were great. We were able to buy additional pieces for what we were going to spend in Crosby.
I decided to call the owner of Crosby the following day in order to let him know how we were treated. The call lasted less than 2 mins as he stated if you bought your furniture somewhere else, how you were treated here doesn’t matter. I tried to explain that he needed to know how his employees were treating customers and was abruptly hung up on WOW!!! Beware!!!

Purchased a counter height marble table and chairs from the Alvin location. When it was delivered the marble top had a huge discoloration. Salesman told me to keep it as a loaner and he would exchange the table. Fast forward 1.5 years and still no replacement table. Recently went to small claims court and WON my case. Owner told me I would never win. Guess he was wrong.
