The food is fine, but I am giving this subway 1 star based upon customer service. The old man who is working the front gave my grandmother a hard time because she asked him to toast the sandwiches before it was the time to toast it. You’re going to make a big deal out of a patron asking to make sure the sandwiches are toasted, a 72 year old grandmother? Not only that but the old man working the front also got mad because she asked him to make 3 sandwiches. There was no one else on line and only 2 other people sitting down in the restaurant eating. Whoever is managing this subway needs to make some serious changes to their staff. Don’t choose people to work for you who 1. Don’t respect your customers. 2. Have no patience, especially for a 72 year old woman. 3. Becomes angry because they have to make three sandwiches. I will change this review when management gets rid of this employee who clearly has done nothing but damage their business.
