btw, just to make more drama and stress, they sold our mortgage to some other company. So now, instead of useing our local bank and just making an automatic payment or going in person, we now have to mail our payments into some bank I have never heard of. Just great. high quality stuff here. we will be taking all our money out of this bank.

I’ve been going to this bank for years and absolutely love it! Everyone is always extremely friendly and very helpful! I’ve had a few minor problems but they have always been resolved quickly. If you don’t like people they also have online banking and a banking app for your smart phone!

I will start with a positive. Some of their staff are great. Hon (probably misspelt) is a regional (I think) manager– was not bad to deal with. Trying to get the same answer out of multiple people was difficult, one person would tell us something was free, while the next person helping would tell us there would be a fee– just plain annoying. But when we had a problem with identity theft, the problems really showed. Glad we got our money back– so happy about that, but the fact that someone in Czechoslovakia could charge over $ 3800 before raising a flag… We have never been out of the country, barely leave Indiana (heck I don’t even have a passport) and these yahoos were able to shop till they dropped!
