I cannot say enough things about D. Izquierdo. He has taken exceptional care of me and my familiy for 8 years. I myself have had 2 surgeries and my oldest son also had 2, and this man changed our lives when we thought there was no hope of ever being back to normal. Because of his superior skills in shoulder and knee surgery, I have recommended him to many friends and acquaintances all with complete satisfaction and exceptional results. I am forever grateful to Dr. Izquierdo and his staff at Crystal Lake Orthopedics, now known also as Rockford Memorial.

Just an update to my previous review and to let everyone know that I am still in chronic pain and unable to use my arm to its full capabilities. As much as I would like to forget he exists, every morning when I wake up I feel my pain and think that after 5 years he still destroys my life every day. Please be very careful with this egotistical person.
