This place is clean and Salad bar was well cared for and clean. 3 people had Salad bar and it was great. Wait staff was great too and very friendly.

It was Ok, came here twice. First night we just had a few drinks at the bar. Then the following day we had lunch.
I ordered the chicken salad. Very surprised how long it took to get my order out. For a minute there, I thought they had to go grab the lettuce and vegetables from a garden. Something had to be a reason why it took so long. I did enjoy the salad, the dish is a large meal. Chicken was delicious, and tender. Waitress didn’t seem to be very interested in our table? We had eight, you think she would’ve been more concerned.
I always wanted to try Ruby Tuesday, finally I did.

After many attempts for a good restaurant driving home to Memphis, we decided to go to Ruby Tuesday. The location was not easy to get to as we are not familiar with the area. We anticipated another disappointment. My husband ordered chicken Alfredo and I ordered chicken Bella. Mine included the salad bar. Fresh, clean and assortments of choices. The food arrived at our table. Nice presentation but when tasted our food we looked at each other and rolled our eyes. Superb! Not only the food was prepared to perfection, the staff worked together as a team! We were very impressed with their genuine customer service. I observed someone coming from the kitchen to replenish the salad bar. She saw people customers at the bar. She set the containers on the side of the bar and waited to the side. Uncommon these days. The service and food were definitely worth the drive! Someone has done an excellent job in managing all aspect of this restaurant!

First I want to say the service was very good. If only the food was as good as the service. The salad bar was great clean and fresh. Appetizers were fair the food meh! When the food is served and the plates are 10x’s hotter than the food I know it’s been sitting for some time. I got the fresco chicken which came out looking not so fresco. It was bland and the three little pieces of broccoli were over salted. The kids burgers were so dried out the cheese on top looked like plastic. I politely ask for a fresh meal which was brought out in a timely fashion. The Cajun pasta was tired looking also. We will not be racing back to eat here again.

I had good experience. Service was normal and very nice. Soup was tasty. Really like the cheese biscuits. Salad bar was very good. Selection of spinach, field greens, or ice burg all fresh. Large selection of veg toppings. Only thing missing was croutons, but I didn’t bother asking. Would go again.

I’m giving a slightly higher rating because I think this location has an unfairly low rating.
Yes, it is a chain restaurant. But, they change up the menu pretty frequently. The salad bar here was very fresh tonight.
For the price, it’s a safe bet for dinner.

Not a good experience. Service was really, really slow in a not crowded restaurant. Ordered chicken tacos. The chicken was super dry and I had to send it back. Salad bar needed some attention.
On a fair note, I would go back and retry this place because the manager/server took the food off my bill, apologized, and sent us home with complimentary cupcakes. i like it when people take responsibility and that alone will ensure I give them another chance.

Staff is RUDE RUDE RUDE. The staff acts like they work in a 5 star instead of a RT. The food is typical RT fare. Nothing to brag about. Our waitress came over and asked «what drinks do you want?» I said I didn’t know, that I hadn’t decided, she got snippy and said «yeah there’s a lot of choice now that we’re wet». I said unsweetened tea and she actually huffed. The salad bar doesn’t get refreshed quickly and your salad may lack things. It’s almost like they try to force spinach and leafy greens instead so iceberg lettuce. I seem to recall. RT cutting zucchini and such up and smaller chunks. Now it’s like they are lazier.
