DONOTUSETHECITIBANKATMMACHINE. There is a skimming device on this ATM. My card number and pin were electronically stolen. As was my husbands a few months back. Ironically the thief tried to use the numbers he/she stole at this location at another 7 – 11.

#711 The irony… I walk in last night, attempt to deposit check in ATM, discover it’s not the type that accepts checks, walks out, gets immediately followed by clerk outside and accused of stealing and that«the camera catches everything.». I decided arguing is pointless… clearly he was an idiot.

I visit this location often due to me working in the area, but today I had a bad experience. There is this young Hispanic lady named ESPERANZA who was quite rude to me. I approached the counter and stood there until she was done texting on her phone. Then all of a sudden this construction worker comes up and was talking on his phone and says«how much is this?» Esperanza rings him up. I said«Hey I was next!» She replied«oh he is in a rush.» I replied«I am too, i’m on my lunch!» She did not say sorry. Esparanza needs more training in customer service.

Gotta love 7-Eleven. Visit here daily. Staff is friendly, what’s not to like. My favorite convenience store.

I love my neighborhood 7-Eleven. My daughter and I visit almost every morning after I drop her brothers off at school and before her school starts. Fidel, the store manager in the morning, clearly likes his customers and takes great pride in keeping the coffee carafes full and the store clean. I appreciate when a business like this recognizes and chats with the regular customers. Since it’s close by, all of my kids stop in regularly. Sure 7-Eleven is a big chain of convenience stores, but this little shop is anything but an anonymous chain store. A new 7-Eleven opened nearby at Braddock and Sepulveda(closer to the schools and more convenient for a visit between school-drop offs). My daughter and I went there once, and even though it’s closer and bigger, we agreed that OUR7-Eleven at Berryman and Sepulveda was worth the few extra minutes’ drive – particularly if Fidel is there. His daily greetings are a great way to start the day and remind me of my old Starbucks barista in Buffalo.

Parking lot is small and can be difficult at times. Establishment is always clean and I feel safe going into this location at whatever hour.
