IT’S NOT THEIR FAULT there’s crack heads outside. Parking kinda sucks, but if you’re in a loading zone and your in here, parking enforcement will let you know before you get a ticket.
The «cutest girl in the world» works at a desk here. You’ll know when you see here. Just ridiculously adorable and clever.
GET THE PRETZEL ROLLS AND CHOCO CROISSANTS. oh, and fresh bread, too.
this place usually caters to the finer restaurants in the area, but you can buy lots of their stuff in the little shop in front. it’s totally a «locals only» secret.
don’t let the sketchy center around it scare you, this little place it totally worth the effort to come to.

I custom-​ordered two brioche Pullman loaves from Drago, to use in a batch of Leek Bread Pudding I made for Christmas dinner. The staff were helpful and unflinchingly friendly, even when I wasn’t exactly sure what I was asking for. The price for two huge loaves was completely reasonable ($ 14) and the bread was FANTASTIC. Five big, fat glowing stars for these guys.

I know it’s a wholesale place that happens to have a retail counter but if they did tea and had a small sit down area it would be given 5 stars.
Will always support the local bakery with the real ingredients over the corporations with their rubbery pastries.
Had the apple pastry and a blueberry scone. Both were fantastic.

The best customer service, your order is always ready on time, they are friendly as well as very professional. THE BREAD OMG is the freshest and the best bread you can find, I use them for our sandwiches as well as our sliders and the Pretzel Twist is my favorite and goes well with any meat of filling.
My hubby discovered their cookies and he is the cookie Monster and now we buy their cookies each time we order and he has me hooked on the Oatmeal.
If I were you I would wait until after the summer if you plan to go to the beach and want to really look HOT, or you will get hooked on them and become to big to be FLY! Oh well you cannot have it all eat the cookies and be HOT or be HOT and miss out on the best cookies in LA :-)

Blueberry muffin had a salty sweet crumb topping and the body of the muffin was very light and airy and tasty. Not too sweet at all — something I’d make at home! Can’t wait to try more from them.

I bought an apple pastry and some frozen mushroom ravioli. The apple pastry was light and not too sweet. The star of the show is the homemade ravioli. This is the best mushroom ravioli I have ever had. It is so much better than what you would get at a restaurant and you can clearly taste the quality of the ingredients. I can’t wait to go back and try all the other different raviolis that they offer.

Dolce Forno should be crowned THE place for over the top delicious oven fresh quality pastries. They just do pastries right… the way you’d probably find it if you were in Italy! Their danishes and scones will be the best youve ever found or had in Southern California, hands down. What makes it more special is that it isnt a walk-​in bakery. you have to place your order a day or two ahead of time and then come pick it up. When you do, the danishes will be warm and crispy, and the scones will be warm and moist (but not too moist). Your mouth will water like mad with your first bite. and your fiftieth bite! another plus– you’ll be happy with the amount you’ll pay– its not very expensive at all! weird! this place is great!

Celebrity Chef Celestino Drago has opened his bakery in Culver City to the general public with freshly baked breads, pastries, pastas and more. Extremely helpful staff make it a joy to do business with them.
