Hillcrest Party Rentals

Tiny little rental office with the friendliest staff & a good selection! I rented 2 long tables, chairs & nice linen table cloths for a reasonable price. Mitzy is the cutest lady ever & another super nice lady whose name starts with an A:)
The employees loaded & unloaded my car for me & were very accommodating about my tough work schedule when returning the items. Will definitely use them again!

These guys were friendly, responsive, and reasonable (more so than Pico Party Rents, which I used to use). Recommend!

My family prepared for a modest 35 person party for thanksgiving requiring a few tables, heaters, flatware, napkins, and tablecloths. Hillcrest was affordable and local, so we assumed an easy quick delivery. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
They would not provide any idea between 8am and 8 pm when the delivery might occur. Not even a suggestion that it would come in the am or the pm. When asking the front office, a rude and belittling response was all that was offered with no care to customer satisfaction or acknowledgment that it was a reasonable request. The location is within a mile from our home, and the delivery did not occur until close to 8pm. Be prepared to sacrifice an entire day waiting for your delivery.
The only follow up we received from the front office was a notice that they could not provide what we already confirmed in our order. They would have to short us on tables and a heater. Luckily we could improvise with our own supplies to accommodate our guests, but other customers would likely experience serious problems from hillcrest’s lack of professionalism.
The only redeeming value which pushed this review to two stars instead of one was that the actual delivery men are courteous and the equipment was of good quality.

I rented some tables for an event that I hosted. These folks are very professional and friendly… unlike some other places I talked to. Prices are very reasonable and if you rent a minimum of I think $ 50 or $ 100, they can provide delivery service for around $ 40. If you pick up on a Friday afternoon, you can keep the stuff until Monday morning and pay for just one day of renting. Sweet!
