I love this Starbucks — the people are the best. However it is 39 degrees this morning and they have no heat. Now the explanation is its broken which is fine except I’ve been here on other cold days and froze my butt off which leaves me thinking it just isn’t being taken care of.

Our favorite local Starbucks. This place is usually crowded, but it’s got a great community vibe to it. We went here for breakfast this morning and I got my salmon lox with bagel and cream cheese as well as my hot tea latte. My mother enjoyed her breakfast sandwich. The people here are so chill and I love their vibes. It’s so un-LA. People are truly nice here and the locals rock. Customer service at this Starbucks rocks.

This is like the ONLY Starbucks that provides good service. They keep it classy here folks, so as a customer you should too. They’ll keep taking care of you. Lines can get ridiculously long but I think it’s worth the wait if you’re patient.

This Starbucks location is great for any movie producer or director. At any time during the day or year I’m sure you can find someone here who is working on their screenplay.

Great Starbucks location for the amount of tables for studying/coffee drinking. Relaxed spacious atmosphere compared to other smaller Starbucks locations. The only thing is parking is a bit tough. But what place in la is not tough?

Nice spacious location. Always drop in when I’m in the Culver downtown area. Nice place to sit and enjoy the day. Lots of people walking around this area. Lots of work professionals too. There’s a few big companies in the area like Sony. Staff is so nice and they are always well staffed here. If I come early in the mornings before 10am I can usually find meter parking in the front.

If I had to pick one starbucks in all of LA I would choose this one! It’s right in the heart of the adorable neighborhood of downtown culver city, and the baristas seem to love working here, which really adds a lot to the general vibe of the place. They have spacious tables set up outside right on the boulevard. Parking is a giant pain here, but I typically park in the Bank of the West lot and I’ve never had any issues there.

Everything you’d expect from a Starbucks. Solid coffee that isn’t exactly ~artisanal indie~ but gets the job done and tastes good consistently. Had a cappuccino. The location is great. It’s located on a corner in bustling Downtown Culver City with nice views of the street. The place is consistently bustling, but it’s not too packed and very spacious with tons of seating.

We stopped in here after dinner at Tender Greens tonight. We were too stuffed to order any desserts, but the sweet tooth was still kicking in and it needed to be satisfied. The warm mocha latte hit the spot. The cashier spelled my name correctly. Big plus!!! I can’t tell you how aggravating that is when they don’t ask how to spell your name and completely resort to haphazard spelling that is embarrassing to hear and read every time you take a sip. He was even nice enough to take a group photo for us. Six photos to be exact. He was delighted to keep taking photos for us until we agreed that he took a satisfactory one. Great customer service for something he wasn’t required to do. I remember things like that and love to frequent spots that employ genuinely friendly people with an enthusiasm for their job and the willingness to go above and beyond at times!

The parking situation around here sucks. There’s a lot over near the Arclight that you can park in that’s pretty cheap, but who wants to park in a lot for Starbucks? Thankfully a friend and I were seeing a movie there so we had a reason to park. With time to kill, we decided to get a coffee. It was around 6pm and the place was pretty empty with some people on their computers or knitting. My friend got a medium roast coffee and hated it. I got a passion fruit iced tea and it was standard. We each got a cake pop. The brownie one is nowhere near as good as the birthday cake pop. The inside is nice and there are a lot of windows. However, the sun was shining right on the open table so we decided to move outside since it was a nice day. We were stopped by some activists asking for signatures. They had set up right outside of the Starbucks. The outside area was really nice, but these guys kept on hollering at girls as they passed to try to get their attention and it made it kind of weird and uncomfortable to sit outside. Since they had set up a table, I’m guessing it was okay with this location that they were there.

In the area for a meeting and stopped in. This is one of the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to. Very nice and big inside, friendly Baristas, and tons of tables and chairs outside in a beautiful patio setting. Metered parking on the street.

I’ve never Unilocaled a Starbucks because I thought they all were the same. This location, however, is a noticeably better than others. The staff is always smiling(which is much appreciated on a random early Tuesday or Saturday morning), the store is never crowded(even on the weekends), and the outdoor seating makes it a perfect spot to grab a cup of joe and start the day. The only knock is the parking(although that probably helps with the crowdedness of the location). Luckily, I walk here and you should too.

Upon entering this place in the morning, I thought I would be late to work because the line was so long. I decided to just wait. So glad I did. The line went by fast. I was pretty much in and out with my frap and sandwich. And the staff were friendly and courteous, which was great. Parking was ample too.

Your typical Starbucks. Parking-The location looks cool, but is actually really inconvenient for parking. Fortunately there just happened to be one space open when I arrived so it wasn’t a hassle for me… But that was just luck. Service– I ordered a cup of water with my meal purchase and it took them TEN minutes to fulfill it. When I finally spoke up, they gave me a dirty look as if I was being impatient. Meanwhile, people who ordered after me were getting their orders fulfilled… People who didn’t even order water and just added water on to their order while picking up their lattes got their water before me and ALL I wanted was water! My friend was confused as to why I took forever and I had to tell him it was all because… I was waiting for a cup of water. Food– Starbuck-esque Wifi– quick, and easy to access.

20 min later, no drink. I asked the barista about my drink and they hadn’t even started it. She finally made my drink and I got a mostly ice, mostly milk drink. Awful.

Wow, where do you park for this place? The location of this starbucks is terrible. In the middle of the street on this little peninsula, and you need to park across the street on the sides, and walk all the way over. Plus, the street parking is metered. In the mornings it’s ridiculously crowded and loud. People are bitter and it’s not a pleasant experience waiting in a line that’s as long as the entire starbucks store. Overall I do think the worst thing about this starbucks is the location and parking situation.

This is the first Starbucks that I’ve encountered with excellent service! I’m writing this review to thank Mary and Oscar, and all the other baristas who helped prepare 9 travelers for me! Apparently, the travelers serve 12 cups of coffee and cost $ 12.95 each. If you want to make sure they will be ready for pick up, you’re supposed to call 24 hours in advance. I didn’t know. but Mary was very kind and said she’ll try to get them ready in less than an hour. Right when I walked in the door, I see the 9 travelers sitting on the counter for me. Oscar helped bring all the travelers to my car. And they also provided stirrers, all the different packets of sugars, a gallon of half’n’half, and cups! Thanks to them, I was able to serve coffee at 8am for 100+ guests that day! :) Thank you again for the excellent service!

Came in here to buy some souvenir gifts. The best part about this Starbucks is the outdoor area to sit, it’s a bit bigger and more relaxing since you are in downtown Culver City with all the great restaurants, theatre, and bars nearby. Plus, Lundeen’s the gift shop is there. Friendly service, lotsa sunlight, and roomier than most Starbucks.

It was a long day. Drive to Los Angeles from Las Vegas. Stop on the way to DTLA at Debs Park and do a 3 mile urban hike. Visit the Hollywood Forever Cemetery looking for a particular individual, back to DTLA to check in, shower, and get ready for dinner. After dinner, I have an 8PM show at the Kirk Douglas Theatre in Culver City. I’m early and the doors aren’t open yet so I decided to go for a walk in the cool evening air. What do I see, the green Starbucks angel! I popped inside, whipped out the iPhone to pay, and I was soon enjoying a double espresso over ice. This will keep me from losing control and falling asleep if the play isn’t so interesting. This corner is really nice and I like what they’ve done to downtown Culver City. Next time I’m at the Douglas, I’ll plan to come here first and not find it serendipitously!
