I went in for a scheduled appointment. It turns out that with the retirement of Dr. Reiss there are new hours (understandable). My appointment was changed without notifying me (not acceptable). This I learned from the unapologetic receptionist, «What are you doing here? You have the wrong day».
I explained I had not been told.
Receptionist, «I don’t know that. Want to see my screen?» Yada… Yada
The follow up call from the office manager was little better with 2 new appointments needed for a simple maintenance matter.
