Wendy’s

Wendy’s is my favorite fast food restaurant but this particular franchise is filthy and their staff is unprofessional. We stopped here on our way to Baltimore and as I was waiting for my food, the cashier was crying because she got yelled at by her co-​worker for messing up a previous order. She was confronted by the co-​worker and it turned into a verbal argument. The cashier who was preparing our order walked out and was screaming profanities. There were children in the store. Instead of apologizing, the rest of the staff loudly yelled about the situation that had just happened. After a couple minutes, the manager came out and completed our order. But the order was still wrong.
We decided to give this restaurant another chance on our way home from our trip because we truly do enjoy Wendy’s food. As we were waiting in line, a customer brought his food back up to the counter and asked for a refund because he found a dead fly in his burger.
We left immediately and went to McDonalds. We will never return to this Wendy’s franchise ever again and I advise you all to do the same.

I have tried this restaurant several times (unfortunately). Never go through the drive thru. I say again, DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. They will forget a part of your order 50% or more of the time. Has happen numerous times, not only to me, but ALOT of people I know. If you go inside, the service is slow. I don’t mind waiting, but not 20 minutes (especially when no one is in front of me).
On a side note, the place does look nice since they remodeled. Love the multi-​drink dispenser!

Pretty poor operation here folks, poor service, confused employees, dirty dining room, dirty bathrooms, spoiled veggies in my garden salad, requested a new salad and received a fresher salad.

The restaurant at first glance looks worn out, further inspection it is also filthy. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a week. The bathroom smelled of insecticide with dead bugs (dead swarm actually) around the trashcan and toilet. Finally the bathroom didn’t even have handsoap. I hope there was an employee bathroom with soap. I decided to leave and not risk it. This location does not reflect the overall brand.
Went to Bob Evans instead.

The food was underdone, but still edible. Undercooked hamburger and fries, but quickly served with a smile.
