Worst experience with this group! My prescription was wrong and the kicker is, the glasses were not even made to the prescription according to my vision-​care insurance company who checked them. The insurance company paid to send me to another doctor who got it right the first time and I now have glasses that perfectly correct my vision. Dr. Baylard is nice but he is not well-​served by his optical department and office manager who were rude, contentious and incompetent, based on my experience. I do not recommend!

Stay away from this place unless you like to be harassed !!! We stopped going here because they were unprofessional and now I can’t get them to leave us alone. I’ve asked more than once for them to stop making us appointments that I never asked for and they continue to call, text and email my family. I got two voicemails from two different people there within a minute of each other. Both calls were to change appointments we never asked for.

These folks are amazing. They are always busy and for good reason, they rock! My wife and I go to Complete Family Eye Care for our annual eye exam and Dr. Baylard and his staff do an incredible job. Very thorough. Dr. Baylard is an all-​around great guy. We pick up the conversation from our previous visit. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been coming here for contacts and glasses since 2011. Just picked up another set this morning. Dr. Baylard is informative and funny. He is very thorough during the exam.
The people working the lab are miracle workers. I brought them my mangled frame (vehicle rollover, long story) and they were able to straighten them out and order some lenses which took 4 days to receive.
The front office staff are always friendly and do an excellent job translating insurance information to me.
I’ll be back.
