Mattress Firm Cumming Southwest

Started at a different Mattress Firm location and my wife and I were not happy with the sales associate as it felt like they were reading a script. Later the same day we went to the 515 Peachtree Pkwy location and had a fantastic experience. James was able to answer all of our questions and was extremely knowledgable and professional. Customer service was top notch and we are extremely happy with the purchase of our new king mattress set, thanks!

PERFECT EXECUTION!
When I initially went into this store, I did not go in with a budget or thoughts of getting the most affordable mattress (my back is way too important to play these games). I needed a good supportive mattress that would also be great for my husband. When making such a big decision, I always do as much research as I can and try to narrow down my interests, otherwise the task would simply be overwhelming. After six trips, (four to Mattress Firm and two to department stores), we decided to purchase from Mattress Firm. They were able to match the price we found on line and I felt a greater sense of comfort with purchasing at an actual store. Purchasing at the store also allows me to make a connection so that if I need something in the future, I can easily contact James.
I wasn’t just interested in any location but specifically chose this location because I was able to shop in a relatively quiet store without interruption. After speaking with James briefly, I knew that I would be able to work with him because he didn’t have that «salesman slickness» going on. When it comes to business, I like it succinct and to the point. I was able to speak with him to by phone to give him some basic information and to let him know what time we would arrive. We were then able to go in and «seal the deal» which took less than ten minutes. Perfect execution!
All stores are not the same and although you find a particular store that has what you need, you may need to find the perfect fit with the salesperson. We had to kiss many frogs but in the end, we found the perfect situation. Never settle and always take time to shop around!
DELIVERY: My delivery window started at 11am. I received a call around 11:10 stating that they were on the way. In approximately 10 minutes, I hear the truck. They lay out the red carpet, put on the booties and get to work. The new mattress is installed and the old mattress is removed in minutes. I sign and claim my free mint. Now that’s service!

After shopping around for mattresses, we finally got one at this Mattress Firm. We happened to visit another mattress firm at North point (next to Macys furniture), the salesman (who said he was the area manager) there was real pushy and we thought he was a bit rude too. Macys mattresses were overpriced. Ask for Aaron at this Mattress Firm location, real nice guy who gets A+ from us. We negotiated a bit and got the price that we were looking for along with free next day delivery.
