Excellent experience! no one wants to go to the dentist, but Dr. Howard and his staff are as good as it gets. I waited to post this review until I had seen my own dentist for follow up. My dentist said she had never received a more well written, detailed report from any endo she works with. I asked the staff about getting records, etc. they say everyone in his office supplies the records needed without prompting, great working with them.
Dr Howard and his staff were pleasant and made me comfortable every step of the way. The problem tooth was an old crown. My dentist felt it was probably an undetected root at the time of the old root canal. I opted for a cone-​beam imaging. It was expensive, but it turned out the anatomy of that tooth was a little different and there was a fourth root. He could see exactly what was needed. Not every endo has this technology, so if it is important to you, ask when you make the appointment. Dr Howard has the capability and offered it to me, but never pressured me to accept.
Dr Howard will be my first choice if I ever need an endodontist again.

Dr. Howard is wonderful! I had been postponing a root canal because I couldn’t find an endodontist in my network. My dentist recommended Dr. Howard and I am so happy they did. I never felt a minute of discomfort! No pain at all! They gave me headphones and I happily listened to music while he worked. And he takes my insurance! His office is lovely, his staff is great and he is very good at root canals! If I need another one l know who to call. Thank you so much!
