I only stop here when I need to but I am never thrilled with this location. The staff seems to change all the time so you never really get the same taste as with other locations. The place is barely clean, but acceptable. Today, I made the stop and was not happy at all. Three teens were in the back when I walked in to the store and I waited for about a little bit before they came out eating their lunch. They had their Moes lunch in tow and was chowing down at the counter. I placed the same order I make everyday except today I was told that they could not make that one the way I wanted it… Not sure why. I told them that I order it every day so they made it but it was not good at all. Also, today was $ 5.00 Monday, not realizing it when I ordered, I ordered a small which I could’ve had a medium for the same price. It would have been nice to have been informed. I expect more.

I love how the lighting, in this location, is situated. There is a nice selection of ‘fitness edibles,’ in stock, and there is some nice décor in this store. Also, it is spacious; that’s a plus. The smoothies are just okay (from this experience.)

It is ok. Its sort of like all the other chains. You get accustomed to the flavors and what to expect. After making a bunch of smoothies at home I figured I would go out for one when I got a coupon in the mail. Overall I thought the taste was very artificial. It seemed sort of blahhhhhh. I won’t be back more than likely

We love to get smoothies after my daughters cheer practice as it is right down the street.
The only complaint is that the turnover seems to be high as we go there a lot and rarely see the same faces… making the quality of the smoothie’s not as good sometimes since the person making it is new and not fully trained. We get the same smoothie every time so we know the way it should taste and when we went yesterday the young man who made it for us did it way wrong… to watery (chunks of ice) but they were so busy I didn’t want to wait again to have a new one made. My advise is make sure the servers are very skilled in smoothie making before letting them serve customers.

The smoothies are good if they’re open more than once now the stores not open when it’s supposed to be — very disappointing. If you go there early in the morning they only have one person working and one person can only do so much which means that it takes forever to get your smoothie. It is Not the person workings fault.
