Lynbrook Investment helped us get the refinance done in less than 3 weeks in Jan 2013. Compare to Citibank 6+ months refinance service, Chaochin saved us time, money, and got us a very good deal.
The story was that, it took Citibank 6 months to do our refinance, and the case was still hanging there at the end of 2012 for no reason. Finally, I gave up with Citibank and found Lynbrook Investment on my girlfriend’s Facebook friend list. You have no idea how Chaochin helped us buying a house. I am an engineer, so let me break it down in detail:
1. We were first time buyer. That means we knew nothing about everything like house location (school, environment), whether to buy a condo or TH or house (not that much money), target house price range (no big down payment). Chaochin helped us with patience and knowledge.
2. She helped us rapidly adjust the real-​estate market expectation. We were so lucky to listen to her that when buying house, timing is very important. We spent only 1.5 month from looking for a house to sign the contract. Now looking back, if not her, we could never adapt so quickly and get such a nice house in a good price right before the market’s hiking or even when it’s rising, we made it running faster than the market!!!
3. Chaochin knows how to place an offer out of multiple offers. This was very important. She would let you know how much she estimated the house offer should be. We used her suggestion to win the house, IT’s a DEAL! We didn’t pay much more than others. Just ahead of them.
4. She knows how to communicate with seller and seller agent. When we had some issue in getting the loan (weak case in loan), she helped coordinate with seller and seller agent. They let me extended twice!!!
After buying the house, my bf and I got engaged and married. We are thinking to get a dog and have a kid. We are so grateful for Chaochin and her assistant!
