Mrs Fields Cookies

I’ve ordered a few cookie cakes from this location over the last few years. The quality and flavor of the cookie cakes never fail. They are excellent — cookie and icing! However, I do have a problem with the limited colors of icing and the limited quantity. It seems like they’re always running out of the colors I want. They should have Black icing available, but the closest they have is the chocolate (dark brown). That doesn’t work well when you have a SF Giants-​themed cookie cake in mind. So, I settled for Orange and White icing. A few hours before I was supposed to pick up the cookie cake, I received a call and was told that they ran out of Orange Icing. I was asked if Red would be okay. Of course it wouldn’t be okay! So, I settled for all White icing. A big disappointment. I should have just had them decorate it like a big baseball. Anyway, the customer service is always good. I can’t complain about that. They’ve always been very nice. I just don’t understand why they can’t mix together any color icing they want? BTW, the cookie cakes are very, very YUMMY! It’s enough to keep me coming back… for now.

Wish i couldve gave this place 0 stars! Very rude service and the cookies don’t even taste good. My total came out to $ 15 with only 4 items. And the milk was $ 1.59. I asked her to please wait and explain to me why it was so expensive. After explaining she hurried and swiped my card! I told her to wait but she just swiped it. Very rude customer service she should’ve asked before swiping my card. We are never coming back to this place again!

Once in a blue moon, my daughter and I head over here for some goodies.
Mrs. Fields always reminds me of the 80s. It’s kind of fitting it’s in Vallco, which was also hot in the 80s.
Their cookies are SO good. I get a half dozen. You can find us outside of the store, on a bench, and my daughter demolishing her cookie. Mom’s not that big into sweets in the afternoon… I’d rather eat them after dinner so it’s gonna wait.
6 big semisweet choco chip cookies and one Halloween cookie with frosting and sprinkles: $ 9.
Someday I’m going to get one of those pie-​shaped ones. They just look so damned cool!

I love the cookie chiller drink. The workers are always nice.

These cookies are my absolute favorite! Warm, oozing with flavor — I especially love the nibblers — 6 for $ 2.99. They also have a special going on right now — 20 for $ 5.00. Great deal if you a cookie lover. I get the semisweet chocolate, cinnamon, and the oh so delicious butter cookie with m&m :) When I have a cookie, it has to be fresh, oven-​baked, and this one definitely hits the spot!

Stopped by here after the horrible encounter at the «Teriyaki Experience» we wanted something to remove that nasty taste from our mouth!
As usual I had the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut. Warm freshly made ooey gooey Heaven! Saved us from a semi bulimic move after the T. E trip!
